Great customer service
Immediately agreed to replace an item I bought at the shop in Keswick but found to have some slight damage when I returned home. No fuss, quibble or cost to me. Excellent customer service.

Very prompt service
Very prompt service I bought a gift in the store when we visited the Lake District and once we got home to Scotland I ordered a second one. Item arrived a couple of days later perfectly packaged with a lovely thank you note. Very impressive and delighted with the goods

Great service and value for money
I visited the Alternative website after Googling a cushion I saw in magazine and seeing it was available there. I was really impressed by the website and ended up ordering more than just the cushion. One of the items wasn't available and I was refunded the money following an explanatory email. I can't fault the service and the whole shopping experience. Bravo Alternative!

My daughter visited the lakes and…
My daughter visited the lakes and discovered this wonderful shop. We had a problem with the colour of one of the lamps , we just returned it and they sent another one. There is a long story in between but there customer service is excellent......and my lamps look beautiful in my bedroom , very good value. Look stunning....

I absolutely love the range of items in this shop. Hard to resist popping in for a look every time I pass which usually results in a purchase! Great for gifts for friends as well as treating myself. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. When I made a recent online purchase with discount, it was hand delivered within hours. Great service.
