Me and my partner booked our holiday to Thailand at the Chorley branch, and I just want write a special review for Chloe! She was absolutely exceptional, she kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure it was smooth sailing. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and she really went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be booking again through Althams Chorley!

My wife and I have been customers of the Otley branch for years. Kathryn and her team have always been happy to be extra professional, efficient, customer friendly, aware of our requirements and to go the extra mile to ensure we are provided with the best outcome possible. We cannot commend the team highly enough.

We haven't travelled abroad since covid,so are unfamiliar with present day arrangements. Michelle was very helpful and took us through all we needed to know in order to get the holiday we wanted. Very patient with us and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend, and hope to use again later in the year 😀

Have used Althams in Huddersfield for a number of years and have never had any problems! The team are all very friendly and go out of their way to listen to just what you want from your holiday. The staff go above and beyond … helpful friendly and nothing is too much trouble … my flights were cancelled less than 24 before departure and Sarah worked after hours so that we still had an alternative flight and saved a very stressful situation

Ryan has been our main contact as he has helped us over a few years and never lets us down.

All the staff at Althams Travel Littleborough are extremely knowledgable and very helpful, on the last few occasion booking holidays I have done so with Sophie who is ever so patient with my fussiness and OCD tendencies , she is always more than happy to help and always looks for the best options available for the best prices of course. Highly recommended as a travel company to use when booking your holiday from start to finish the staff at Althams take all the pressures away and you come away with peace of mind knowing that everything is sorted .

The staff in the Huddersfield branch know me very well. The personal service I receive is second to none. I couldn't imagine the soulless process of booking a holiday online when you have got professionals of the highest quality to take you through the process and get you the holiday you want.

We have been using Altham's in Littleborough for well over ten years and can honestly say the service and attention to detail has been excellent at all times. Our present agent is Charlotte who never fails to amaze. Well in fact the whole team do.

We have used Altham's Travel in Littleborough for many years. It is a very welcoming and efficient travel agency, where all the staff (especially Charlotte) go above and beyond. Any questions we have are answered promptly , and we are kept up to date every step of the way. Trish took on a very complicated booking for a family of 11 people, and managed it splendidly and cheerfully - she could not have done more.
Then she went on to book a two centre holiday for my wife and I, again in a very friendly and meticulous fashion.

We have now booked three holidays with Alicia at Althams Bury and can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she has done for us! We had our family holiday to Rhodes last year, Zante to look forward to in May this year for friends wedding and Barcelona to celebrate the hubbys birthday in September…. Super efficient and so patience with me when I’ve been changing my mind on destinations and dates to travel!!
