The Perishables Perished
The perishables perished. Nothing worse than the letdown of spoiled keci cheese. The shipping method is way too slow for dairy. Almost as disappointing as keci cheese gone bad; is the customer service.
Everything else was satisfactory with the packaging and care of the other products.

Hard to find Turkish Tea received within days!
I was given some Turkish tea as a Christmas present & loved it, but couldn’t find it anywhere local. I was able to order it for a reasonable price & have it shipped much faster than many products do these days. I’m sure I’ll be using their services again!!

Great quality & fast shipping!
There are not any Turkish markets where I live, but thankfully I found Altin Grocery! They very quickly package up our order to ship out. The quality is good, and there is always free delivery over $100. It's a great deal and we will continue to order from them.

The experience was great, but…
The experience was great all around packaging and shipping. A couple of the products were not great. For example, I ordered peanuts that were $10 for 400 grams (too expensive) that were stale. I ordered a ekmek kadayıf that was burned. The figs were ok but a bit dry. I have not tried the other items yet.
Thank you!
