Not a fan of the sample fragrences I chose. Can't imagine the expensive brands ALT is trying to mimic smelling like that. They have a similar weird finish. One didn't come with a pump cap.

I was genuinely surprised that my sample had a larger amount of the product than expected. I also liked that it was a spray. those typical small bottles have a plunger top that can be hard to remove, and you can loose some of the contents.

Perfect fragrances
Amazing scents, fast shipping, great customer service. I received my order in just a couple of days and the fragrances are perfect. The scents are great and the sample bottles are a perfect size for travel or keeping in the car/desk/close at hand. It’s nice that the samples are spray atomizers too, not just drip bottles!

I ordered a sample becauseNO T HAPPY I never…
I ordered a sample because I never heard of that s scent. I am SO thankful I got JUST a sample! No smell at all ! I wrote ALT and didn’t even get a refund. Was told thatI am probably nose blind. This is Not an acceptable answer. I want a refund and will never t recommend this on any other scent from this company!!! I plan on speaking to the bank I used to purchase this item about A FULL refund!!!

On October 27, 2023 at 3:47PM EST, we have written confirmation that you accepted our Return & Refund Policy by clicking the checkbox prior to you submitting your payment. For complete transparency, we also have the Return & Refund Policy posted on our FAQ page. The Return & Refund Policy states:
We guarantee each sample item to be 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself.
Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Vials, Sprays, or other decanted items. Please make your selections carefully as all decanted item sales are final.
