Aluminium Trade Windows Avis

Great service and door
Delivery prompt and a short time frame
Driver unloaded carefully and left safe by Antony

Very good communication. We’re given a time frame early on the morning of delivery which was met. The driver Jamie was so helpful. He carried the items into our property, thanking my husband for his help! The doors we ordered look great and we are really pleased.
Would highly recommend.

Communication was good, ATW informed me of any delays and when on route with specific delivery times on the day. Windows arrived in good condition, driver was very helpful.

Excellent driver polite and friendly, wonderful efficient service from this company, kept us informed all through the process. Would certainly recommend.

The company was incredibly clear throughout the process, sending regular clear comms from placing the order, dispatch & receiving goods. Most importantly delivered on the time & date as specified. Shout out to Antony for a top class delivery experience. Not received the best of experiences with other businesses but Antony was exceptionally helpful & lovely to engage with. Brilliant experience, look forward to doing business again!

Jamie was great. Good job he was around to help!

Really friendly guy, even though he’d clearly had a busy day. Pleasure to deal with.

Anthony was very helpful, with driver tracking delivery went smoothly

First class experience, live tracking made receiving my order very easy to manage.

Antony the delivery driver was extremely helpful and efficient as it was a tricky offload.

I would highly recommend

Antony was extremely helpful unloading the item, and assisted with stacking to prevent damage prior to install. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Really friendly and helpful driver! Very easy experience. Thanks Antony!

Delivered with care very pleased

Great delivery experience from Antony the driver . Thank you so much

Truly awful service again from this company. Door/windows initially ordered two years ago when I had multiple delivery issues and major hassle trying to resolve. This order was for a replacement window locks. Advised that it’s not covered by their warranty as the lock mechanism wasn’t operating correctly. According to the owner Karl, the expectation is that for regular maintenance you have to use a silicon spray not just on the visible parts, but actually remove the lock mechanism from the window and spray inside the lock also. I’ve got some 20+ year old windows that are still working great, despite just a silicon spray on visible parts - never had to remove the lock mechanism. Fortunately my windows are easily accessible from ground level, so pretty straightforward to do. I would not want to remove the lock mechanism from a higher floor window, particularly with the little bits that can easily fall out when removed from the frame.

It’s taken over two months for them to avoid the warranty, insist in order a new lock and then take 6+ weeks to actually ship me the lock. No response to multiple emails asking for tracking/delivery details and finally found a package hidden in some bushes, placed on the dirt and propped against a tree in the front garden. Awful delivery and consistently awful service from this company. I cannot recommend them for anyone thinking about new doors or windows. Great at the sales stage and then just sheer incompetence after that all the way from the multiple deliveries to get everything sent out through to the appalling follow up service.

Real helpful and nice delivery guy.
