Very professional and left it as they found it

The service provided by Emerald was outstanding from start to finish. Gary and Anthony were incredibly professional and kept the workspace tidy; they paid attention to detail and displayed excellent manners. I wholeheartedly recommend this company—they are professional, and everything was handled perfectly

Recently had a canopy built on the garden looks great and compliments the windows and doors we recently had fitted also by Emerald. The 2 guys that did the work was polite, cleared any mess up and did a fantastic job. Looking forward to being able to sit outside even the weather is not so good as we will be sheltered. Really do recommend Emerald they are a good company to use, the products and work are of high quality. We had our roof done by them as well a few years ago again another good job done

We recently had our windows and front door replaced by Emerald Windows, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installers, Gaz and Matt, were a lovely, friendly team who did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. They were highly professional and made sure everything was cleaned up beautifully before they left. I would highly recommend Emerald Windows to anyone looking for top-quality service!

Another great experience using Emerald who this time fitted new front door and side windows. Mark and Dan were true professionals and cracked straight on with the job as usual, and i'm delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend this company.

Overall a very disappointing experience especially based on the cost of the installation. I would not recommend this company for any work beyond installing a simple window or door. I would definitely not take a finance agreement with them, see below.
So many issues after the installation, and only a couple resolved. Ive listed most below.
Scheduling was a pain, and I had to follow-up multiple times to see when the install was happening or someone was coming back to fix issues. I even offered to fix some of the issues myself. Now ive given up trying.
One serious concern. When I raised the issues about the installation, I was told that they would not fix anything until my finance agreement was signed. When I asked for the issues to be fixed, before I signed. I was told that they would not do that. And if I didn't sign, I would be sent a bill for the cost of the install. I was forced to sign the agreement, in order to get the issues fixed.

- damage to door frames. And a scratch on the door glass.
- damage to one of the external frames.
- Bowing in the top of one of the window frames.
- One of the frames has also been trimmed too much, it is now below the level of the window vent, so I can't cover it with a trim piece.
- new wooden floor has also been scratched during the work
- also, when the window on the other door was installed part of the foil is wedged and needs to be removed.
- locking mechanism was not screwed into the frame, so the doors could have been pulled open.
- the installers were great guys, but they were not give any details of the install, and had to stay until after 9pm to finish.
- lots of broken glass was also left on the ground.
Service wasn't good
Quality was poor for the cost.
The installers were great.
The office staff were not good, or helpful

Had a new orangery built by emerald Steve and Charlie where amazing guys and did everything needed the office side of things didn’t go to plan but Kev the electrician wow what a guy he helped me every step of the way I had a few concerns but as a guy that Sub contracts to emerald I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough also the team of plasterers turned up on time and cracked on with speed and efficiency I would just like to thank everyone and have not stopped raving about this company to everyone I speak to thanks again emerald you have a great team

We had our house windows installed by Emerald Home Improvement in June this year and are extremely pleased with the whole experience.
The installation team were brilliant, polite, professional and incredibly hardworking. They did an amazing job despite working through the heatwave with temperatures well above 30°C.
Emerald may not be the cheapest company, but the quality of their products, workmanship and work ethic is outstanding. We are very happy with the finished result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

Dan and Mark arrived promptly every day and were very professional, friendly and informative. They have both done a fantastic job installing new windows and doors. I’m extremely happy with the service that Dan and Mark have provided on behalf of Emerald Home Improvements. VERY pleased with standard of work. Guys were polite, and thorough. Work was completed very quickly, and to an excellent standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, as if nothing had been disturbed. Would highly recommend!

Emerald were very easy to deal with from the initial visit right through completion of the job. Everything was high quality and excellent service

I’m writing to say I had a good and bad experience with this company. First they installed windows for me and was everything ok but second job was not done properly. I call them to change my conservatory roof and they did but after installing, the roof inside was left unfinished. The ceiling has been left with exposed plasterboard joints, expanding foam , visible screws heads and unfinished edges. When I contacted them they said they just installed and they are not doing anything more than that. When I agreed to do the roof they did not said anything about it and they said they are going to do everything from the start to the finish they did not say anything as I need to find a plaster to finish the job . I did not ask for a fancy job just to be left in a good condition so I can paint myself, I did not ask for lights or anything like that. This is a disgrace after I pay a fortune for this job.

My first contact with sales team was extremely positive. Lovely young man who was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything, talked through everything I needed and helped me finalise what was best for me personally from colour, style,finishing and finance options.
The survey visit again was professional and William was extremely helpful.
Installation was handled beautifully and the completion gave me 100% satisfaction
I would highly recommend Emerald and have done so already . I have also enjoyed the ongoing compliments about my beautiful new front door.
All staff have been truly helpful and they go the extra mile.

My experience with this company was unfortunately very disappointing.
I dealt with Vitalij, who arrived on time and was polite. However, that was the only positive aspect of my experience.
He initially agreed to carry out the work and even inspected the property the day before. Based on his advice, I repainted the walls using the primer he recommended, only to be told on the day the work was due to begin that the walls were "not suitable," despite his claimed 20 years of experience. This should have been identified during the initial inspection. I later discovered that the primer I had been advised to use was not suitable for the finish I required. As a result, I incurred unnecessary expense and additional work, having to sand the walls and repaint them.
I informed him on Wednesday that I would complete the painting so he could carry out the work at the weekend. The following day, I contacted him again to confirm the arrangement, only to be told that he had accepted another job and would not be available.
Rather than accepting responsibility for the poor communication and change of plans, he attempted to shift the blame onto me. When I questioned the agreed timeframe, he responded that "the weekend" was a broad term and could have meant that weekend, the following weekend, or even a weekend in September. I found this response unprofessional and dismissive.
Clear communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, my experience lacked both. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again or recommend its services.

Buyer beware. These people are hopeless and don't understand even the basics of building works. They left piles of rubbish, broken glass, unfitted parts and refused to return.
Entitled owner thinks he is above the law.....we will see.

Steve and Charlie did an outstanding job work ethics are excellent no job or task was too much for them even when the job was more than expected if you have a flat roof which needs replacing then look no further than Emerald as your 1st choice

Just great staff excellent customer service and great work by fitter

Stephan and Scott did a brilliant job even though it was during the heatwave. They installed all the windows in two days including the big lounge window and we didn't have any decorating to do as they worked with grea22t care and attention. The windows look good and so far we are very pleased with them and anticipate being cosy and draught free during the winter. Would recommend Emerald to anyone wanting new windows
