The workman ( Robert & Lee) worked hard, caused minimal damage and were tidy, I would recommend them.
The salesman was a bit pushy, made claims that the company go back after 6 months to check everything is ok ( which I doubt) . The price was £2k dearer than a rival, but the product looked superior.
I regret not going for the cheaper quote as no keys were left for the windows and I have yet to receive them despite 2 calls, not the premium service I was promised.

Everything went smoothly, all the members of the company I met were friendly & helpful,& knew their jobs . The two who fitted the roof were excellent.

Love the windows, they look so smart, people going past have been complimenting us. We were pleased with how the windows were fitted, but we did have a couple of issues. All the windows weren't finished being sealed on the trim on the outside, and a couple of other guys who came out to replace the kitchen window glass that was broken, finished sealing up the trim on all the windows for us. The two fitters who fitted the windows were brilliant the first day, even very chatty. The second day, the younger guy was a little offish with us, but it was ok by us. The third day, he never spoke to us and was very ignorant. We managed to get 'good morning' from him, but he never spoke to us again. Around 2 p.m., after finishing without sealing the window trim, they both got into the van and drove off without speaking. The older guy was the only one who spoke to us throughout. We were very disappointed with the attitude of the younger guy who does represent the company he works for.

Excellent installation from James. Very professional and left everything very clean and tidy. I am extremely pleased with my new windows and front door. I can feel a difference already with warmth. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their windows and doors.

Terrible experience. Was quoted 3 days to complete the job, we are now into the 6th week since the work started and still not finished.
Communication terrible, you have to chase them all the time, and even then don't always get a reply. Reliability terrible, say they are coming on a certain day then don't bother turning up, and when you manage to get hold of them it's with every excuse under the sun.
Efficiency terrible, when the fitter does turn up it's only for a few hours before going to another job.
The prices quoted certainly do not reflect the service given.
Wish we had not bothered.

After 2/3 meetings with Chris in sales where we did go into lots of detail we placed our order for 1 door and 6 windows with 2 of the windows being extra sound proof and these windows were to be openable as well
We were trying to replicate or previous wooden windows in characheter for the front elevation of our traditional old cottage
We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of our new windows in our old cottage
Emma the contact and organiser is most prompt and diligent on her duties
William who did the survey and the installation was amazing
Worked away quietly by himself and did all in 2 partial days. William is really good tradesman and has a high standard and most mannerly person.
One small adverse comment is the plastic hinges on the door when we were expecting brushed chrome or metal
I have yet to discuss this with Emerald

Finally I repeat we are very very happy with the whole process and finish of the windows and door installation.

Just had 7 windows and 2 doors fitted by fitter James, outstanding friendly young man he was extremely efficient, clean and very professional, the whole process was fantastic from Christopher the sales rep to Emma in the office nothing was to much trouble, thank you Emerald Home Improvements it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will 100% be recommending to family and friends

One of the pickup truck drivers dinged our car door last night at the SSE arena in Belfast using the company vehicle. We know this because we were sitting in the car in the pouring rain last night when thump. Not even an acknowledgement or offer to share details from the fella. White pickup reg I62ww992. Employees need to have some decency and integrity.

To say I love the windows and door they made a great job jobs on it .
But downside is they were smoking at side their van but it is on my driveway not bother to collects theirs cigarettes ends , also they scratched the letter box I just brought it .
