Easy to order and items received were off a good quality. Did have an issue with one panel being damaged but customer service was very helpful and efficient with the new panel being delivered a few days later. They look lovely on the wall.

Amazing company
I’v had many sofas over the years, and I don’t normally go out my way to do a review.
This company is the best I’ve ever bought from. The quality of the products is amazing plus the service. The delivery service they use is amazing as well.
I will never buy from the big name companies ever again. Was very disappointed with the service I got of one of them. I had them triple check the sofa would go into my home. They said yes it would but it didn’t. I lost some money because of that on the refund. So I have recommended this company to every one I know. 10/10 all the way.

We ordered twice from the company and…
We ordered twice from the company and have been very pleased with the sevice and the quality. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because we had free delivery on the first order and spent over £500 we didnt order quite enough so ordered anothe pack and had to pay delivery which made the 2nd order more expensive. I called to see if they could so anything about this and was told they would call me back but they didnt unfortunately, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I always expect a call if promised.

Regarding the delivery charge on your second order, we appreciate why this was disappointing. As the second order was for just one additional flexible panel set, we still need to arrange a dedicated 2-man courier service to ensure larger and more delicate items are handled and delivered safely. These delivery costs are separate from the product price, and we aim to keep our product pricing as competitive as possible rather than building higher delivery costs into every order.

Great Service
I visited their showroom in Oldham and got a great set of garden furniture at a great price delivered in 2 days fully assembled (only had to remove packaging and screw 4 legs on the table)
Would definitely recommend

Delighted with our recent purchase!
We recently purchased some garden furniture which consisted of a table & chairs and sofa & chairs, plus a cantilevered umbrella.
All were competitively priced and we are delighted with the style and quality of the furniture.
We did have a small issue with the sofa frame, however after a couple of emails this was soon sorted and I must say the customer relations teams were very professional in dealing with this.

More like rubber mat than stone. Yet Top Service
I ordered the product on the 25th of July and had ir delivered on the 5th of August.
The outer box was heavily scored and when opening it had created a hole through the product which hopefully I may be able to work around. The product looks more like a car rubber mat than stone, I bought this ahead of buying a much larger area as a test, thank goodness I did.
HOWEVER - since posting this the team at Aluxo have been excellent, providing a refund and offering a refund, top marks for the customer service I received. I still have reservations about the product yet cannot fault the team here.

We completely understand your reservations about the MCM Stone, especially when using it for the first time. As it’s a flexible stone material rather than conventional rigid stone, the look and feel can be quite different from what some customers initially expect. We do offer MCM Stone samples, which can be a helpful way to see and feel the material in person before committing to a larger project.

Brilliant company to deal with
Just purchased the Andros 5-Seater Luxury Lounge Set – Onyx Aluminium & Sintered Stone Table × 1. Beautiful set. After months of researching garden furniture and visiting outlets, I found Kirk at Aluxo most helpful and accommodating. Communication was excellent and he quickly answered all my questions. He suggested a number of alternatives to consider. At the showroom there was no pressure sales tactics. We ordered on Friday afternoon and it was delivered the next day! The delivery driver was lovely and he communicated first thing in the morning giving us a precise delivery time. The furniture was very well packed. Quality is fabulous. Excellent customer service and lovely people to deal with. I've already recommended this company to two people I know. Well done. I'm delighted

Wrong sample twice but the Customer service is responsive.
It is unbelievable that Aluxo sent wrong sample twice. I asked for a Panelux™ Pro Wide 40mm Slat 3-Sided Acoustic Wall Panel in 2 different colour. The first time they sent the one for exterior, I contacted them once email saying this is not what I ordered. Then they replied and apologise for the matter. I then received another sample today which they sent some random fabric to me.

Update 27th July.
They reached out to me on Monday morning to explain there was a booking system bug and they manually shipped the order to me. I can tell they are sincerely apologising to me.
I’m happy with their explanation. Thanks Kevin Lau.
They made mistakes but they really tried their best to fix the issues. This shows how they care about their business.

Ordered wall panels that stated colour…
Ordered wall panels that stayed colour as off white. Whilst the delivery and ordering process was easy, unfortunately the description of the colour couldn’t be more wrong. The panels are so cream and had the description of said so then I would never have ordered them. Delivery was £29.99 and it’s flat £99.00 to send them back. Really disappointed in the product description
