A quailty service and quality product
Ordering on line was so straight forward and i was kept informed very step of the way. The delivery arrived at 6.30am when expected and they totally went above and beyond when I had to change delivery dates. The sofa was built in 10 minutes and packaging taken away . The delivery men were very polite and helpful . The sofa is fantastic.
Overall this was a painless purchase and I am so thrilled as it couldn't have been any better.
Im so glad I chose Aluxo and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again and I really recommend them .

Exceptional Customer Service
First time using this company and thier customer service is exceptional!! Had an issue with the courier company they used (DX Delivery) damaging my panels not only once but twice and without hesitation they replaced them and also used a different courier to have it replaced. Would highly recommend.

My dining table came in 2 days. The service was fast efficient and the two guys were professional and polite. They got the table unwrapped and set up in no time it looks amazing.

Acoustic panels from Aluxo…
Ordered some acoustic panels from Aluxo after comparing a few different sites, and I thought both the look and price were really competitive. I ordered almost exactly what I needed but was a little concerned about potential damage during delivery.
I sent an email beforehand and Kirk responded quickly, reassuring me that extra care would be taken with the packaging. The panels actually arrived sooner than expected, in perfect condition, and the quality exceeded expectations.
Really pleased with both the product and the customer service — I would definitely shop there again. Thank you!

Brilliant company to deal with from…
Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. My sofas were delivered a week after I placed my order. Delivered and assembled with care and packaging removed. My 2 boucle sofas in steel grey are beautiful quality. Firm but very comfortable. I couldn’t stand fluffing the feather cushions constantly from my old sofa, these are perfect. Still wide enough to kip on, very stylish and appear to be very hard wearing. 100% recommend.

Marble Coffee Table
Item in perfect condition as it was very well packaged. Excellent delivery service.
Instruction leaflet very poor though. Overall quality of product very good.
