False advertising for existing players
I had a decent run on the slots after my first deposit, graphics were nice enough, so I thought I'd stick around. But after the initial bonus, there's nothing. I kept checking the promotions page, and it's always the same stuff for new players. I reached out to chat support to ask about loyalty rewards or anything for someone who plays regularly. The agent said there's a PWA and that's it basically, no other benefits. They just said to 'keep an eye out' for new offers. Pretty disappointing. Feels like they just want fresh sign-ups and don't care about keeping existing customers happy with any kind of ongoing bonus.

This site is a scam
It's honestly a total rip off. I played Sugar Rush, and the site looked good, games loaded fast. I deposited $50, played with 0.20 bets, and literally never got one bonus round. It was like 200 spins, nothing. My balance was gone, so I deposited again. Same thing. How can they have 9000 slots but none of them pay anything? They just take your money. It's a joke.
