Recently, i made three orders, one reached me with a different material, the other was a totally wrong order, and the third time, the delivery captain was very unprofessional and the customer service manager was equally unprofessional when i made complaint and he muted the call without giving a reply. The worst experience for buying online

Don't buy from Egyptian Amazon, and if you do, open the package before giving the courier the pickup code, because they won't accept returns after giving the code.

طلبنا طقمين حلل جلوري يوم ١٧/٣ وبعدها بأربع ايام وصل طقم واحد ولقينا ان الطقم التاني هيوصل بعدها بأسبوع فكلمنا خدمة العملاء الي هي عباره عن ناس بتكذب عالعملاء ومش بيساعدوا ٤ مكالمات مع أشخاص مختلفين وكلهم اجمعوا ع ان الاوردر هيوصل في الميعاد الجديد وهو يوم السبت وللأسف موصلشً فكررت اكلم حد مسؤل سوبرفيزور اسمها منار وحلها للمشكلة ان احنا نكنسل الاوردر ونستنا الفلوس ونطلبه من تاني على الرغم اني وضحت اني مسافر وان دي هدية مينفعش تتأخر بس للاسف مفيش حد بيقدر يساعد وان شايف انهم للاسف useless وان لو على الرولز دي ممكن يستغنوا عن الموظفين.
ولما قلتلها اني الكردت مفهوش فلوس اني ادفع المبلغ من تاني عشان اطلب نفس الاوردر كان ردها انه الحل الوحيد.
أسوء خدمة مع ان أمازون شركة كبيره بس قريب بسبب الناس دي مش هيكون في أمازون مصر بالتحديد.
ولما سالتها بس مشكلتكم وتعطيلكم ممكن أمازون تقدم اعتذار فبكل وقاحة قلتلي هنقدم لحضرتك ١٥٠ جنية مع ان قيمة الاوردر ٦٥٠٠

I bought a mobile 18th of Mar
I bought a mobile 18th of Mar, and paid extra for fast delivery at 19th, I wait untill 24th not delivered. However I didn't communicate them at all, they refunded me without any request from my side. And I have to wait for 5 days till the money placed back to my account.
So they collect the money, play with it for a while and return it back, making a note that USD increased over EGP by 5% during that time, so take your money and make you loose without any request from the customer.

Almost all orders and deliveries, which are not sold directly by amazon.eg, are not matching anymore the description, are totally different and much cheaper as described.
The customer service team of amazon.eg is trying very hard to help and solve your problems, but seems like they are overwhelmed and helpless in this situation.
You need to invest a lot of work and time to receive your refund..

After paying by Visa for any product, if the product doesn't arrive, they investigate and delay it. They might refund your money within 15 days, but sometimes it takes longer. I'm a victim and I have the order numbers for the items the shipping representatives have defrauded me with. The company isn't taking any action against them, and I suspect they're complicit in this scam.

After several attempts for someone to come pick up the items, uneducated teenage girls in the customer service say things opposite to each other and the last one that got handed the call and I had to explain the situation again she had an attitude then closing the call thinking she did start the return process as she said she did until I found out 2 days later that she didn’t. Terrible experience.

Very Poor Customer Experience
My orders have been repeatedly cancelled by Amazon Egypt without any notice, even after payment was successful. Customer service calls are met with scripted responses and I am transferred to different agents every time. There is no proper follow-up, no clear complaint process, and no real effort to resolve the issue.
This has been very frustrating. Can anyone suggest a reliable alternative?
SHAME AMAZON
Order made for AirPods Pro 3 and already paid by CC. They sent to me a Non Genuine AirPods 2nd generation and not even original.
They picked up their item back and they want me to wait more than 15 days to follow their non sense policy and God only knows when I will receive my refund.
Tried to reach their customer service and it was the worst experience as they force their agents to work for free may be so they are ZERO helpful and ended the chat without my permission without giving me any solution.
