Our story started back in 2007 when our founder Nikita Perezilo, a jewellery enthusiast at the time, realised from experience the two prevailing principles in the jewellery market: good quality means expensive and vice-versa. Terrible service
My daughter and mother bought me expensive gold studs which fell to pieces when soaked in tepid soapy water. Amazon said they would refund until they realised the sale was 3rd party by Amberta. Despite emailing and messaging Amberta, I had no response. It's so disappointing as it was a special present. Please don't buy from this company

I ordered leggings that were pictured…
I ordered leggings that were pictured an Facebook, and it was obvious that they used pics from another co.
They were cheaply made, and absolutely nothing at all like represented in the pictures. In addition, they were a cheap polyester like material, a totally different color and a waste of money. Do not buy from this company.

Very shiny
The chain is absolutely beautiful and sparkly and very shiny. The only tiny issue I have is that it’s hard to use the clasp. There’s a tiny silver tag that hangs down and it kind of gets in the way I just wish the clasp was a little easier to do. it always rips my nails trying to close it and open it.

This brand is a scam
This brand is a scam! They sold me a ring that is advertised as 14kt but when I received it there was an authenticity card stating the piece was actually 9ct. I was overcharged for something I never got. Now I’m having issues with them responding back to me so I can figure out how to get my refund back in full! Do not trust it unless you live in the UK! They are shipping BS to the United States

The ring you received turned out to be the one advertised – 14K. Instead of 14K, it was stamped with 585 which means it is 14kt gold ring.
Our colleague mixed up the certificate and inserted 9ct instead of 14k.
You received a full refund for the product and the shipping costs.
We can only apologize for the situation, but the product you received was genuine.

¿Plata 925 o lata?
Mi marido me ha regalado una cadena de "plata925" la he usado pocas veces y se está despintado a negra. Parece plástico pintado made in China. Espero que me respondan y me den una solución. Menciono que hace años uso joyería de plata, sé que el color cambia, pero no es el caso de esta "joya".

We do not use silver plating. All our products have solid silver or gold base and are stamped appropriately:
- 925 for the sterling silver.
- 375 for the 9 Carat gold.

- We closely work with the UK jewellery regulating authority.
- We are an Assay Assured partner and our items are Hallmarked by the "Edinburgh Assay".

The three shirts I paid for looked like you made a beautiful shirt and then took a picture of the shirt and then put the picture on fabic! So disappointed. So now they are not special just for at home work 😭
