Previously I was really happy with Amberta. I have a question concerning a bracelet which I purchased from them and have emailed them at least 4 times, as of today I still have no response, the first time was before Christmas. If they respond to me, then would have no problem giving them 5 star rating as their jewellery is great.

If I were reviewing products and…
If I were reviewing products and service only it would be 5 stars, but felt that the packaging for an overseas trip was inadequate. My package arrived completely ripped open with a missing item. I will say that the customer service folks were responsive and gave me a quick refund for the missing item. The items are lovely and the prices reasonable.
