Management is included in scam ring. They are stealing items that belong to customers without proper investigation. I had a paid bedroom set in the store, not only was it stolen, I am also being held liable for the charges. I have been in contact with the store manager, store director, and customer care team. All that was offered for proof of release was a signed log sheet. No Photo ID, no drivers license number, NOTHING to properly identify this "authorized pick up person." No one empathized with my situation or handled it with care. Just bottom line careless acts. Do not waste your time. You will indeed regret it.

The product I bought from them became defective in just over one month of using it. The extended warranty they offered is a joke. The people hired under the warranty make it difficult for the client to schedule an appointment, it takes forever for the manufacturer to answer the phone. In short, don't waste your time at American Freight Store. You'd better buy brand new.

My neighbor had a dishwasher that was falling apart. I wanted to get them something nice and useful for Christmas, so I went to American Freight to get them a new dishwasher. I was really pleased with the team at the West Covina store. My online order was fulfilled and ready to go when I got there. The new unit is installed and it's just awesome. Really happy this purchase!

Do NOT purchase from here or a Samsung product EVER!!! Bought an Open Box SAMSUNG dryer. Was told it was brand new just had a small dent on the bottom outside from shipping. $1000 and 7 months later the metal drum split open. They told me I must have dried something to heavy? No just clothes like a normal person. I told the Manager Matt i have had other machines that lasted 20 years and he said yeah they dont make them like they used too. Things only last 5-6 years now. Well its been 7 months. Open box have no warranty. The machine sticker says 2016 on serial number Samsung told me its a scrapped unit?! What does that even mean. He told me they bought it from Samsung. Seems like a scam by American Freight and Samsung both pointing the finger at eachother and me the consumer is screwed. Two associates I talked to at the store said oh Im sure they will make it right with you. Well they are not! I had to buy another dryer NOT from American Freight. I wish I could give 0 STARS. Horrible customer service!!!

Kent was awesome. He helped my wife and I on our purchase of a dishwasher and a stove. He explained to us about the products and what to look for. I would recommend american freight to anybody!

Today I purchased a recliner. I went online to research prices, quality and delivery. From that I chose American Freight because you were affordable and in my budget and the “Same Day Delivery” of which I paid $109.

I am sadly disappointed that the same day delivery was a false advertisement. The price and delivery is what got me into the store in the first place.

I was told that it would not be delivered today, but a couple days later. The thing is, I live less than 2 miles from the warehouse. Had I known this before hand, I would have walked out of the store and shopped elsewhere. $109 delivery fee is way too much for deliveries not in the same day. I actually feel ripped off.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer care team and no one offered to go the extra mile for a customer. My wife and I have other furniture we need to replace but I can guarantee you we will not be doing business with AF again. So, if you want your piece of furniture delivered on the same day, then forget it because the "same day delivery" advertisement if FALSE advertisement which is illegal.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! These people are scammers, they will take your money and leave you with NOTHING to show for it. I purchased a couch online and when i went to the store to pick it up they said it hadn't been in stock in years. 2 weeks later and still no callback, no answer from customer service, and no response to my emails. They have been reported 100's of times to the attorney generals office for this exact reason. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I use to work for this company they keep out of stock and discontinued items on there website because they don't want the city to take away there store so they have to stay a float. Also Hr is a racist Karen who likes to make stuff up about how or who harrassed some one so they make up stuff to fire you because they don't like your skin color has some one read a computer like they have no reading skills like there reading in third grade from a child's book . When getting hired by the company HR was giving me dirty looks like she did not like me yes they laugh at customers faces about your refund I know don't buy you won't see your money for a very long time.

DO NOT come to the store in Lexington Kentucky. I was always happy before but this last experience was terrible. The manager was so rule, she was absolutely no help with my damaged furniture. I will not ever be buying from this store again .

i purchased a few items, entered my zip code, and after paying, received call later that day that they cannot ship to my zip code. hmmm. fine. But now its been 2+ weeks and i didnt receive a discount. Not nice

Here it is the end of November and damages done to my new build home STILL have not been addressed by this POS company. I am really losing my patience at this point! The damages were caused on August 3rd! Very unprofessional! I cannot even get the manager of the location I purchased the refrigerator at to call me back. Which is in Fenton, Missouri. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered on line; they withdrew money then cancelled order without refunding money. What type of business is this. You have to call and get your money back. This is definitely a scam. You have to go through hoops to get your money. Luckily I purchase through PayPal and will be filing a dispute. Very saddd. Same thing happened to my daughter on same day. We work hard for our money. Never again will we deal with this company..

Do NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase from this company!! They had a great sale online, after seeing others purchase with successful deliveries, I attempted because the deal was great. I ordered online and paid in full. My order was confirmed and the money was withdrawn. I received an email saying the order was canceled however, no refund email. It says to call the store. The store keeps telling me that “systems are down for refunds for days now”! I’ve called, emailed, left my callback number and nothing!! The stores can’t help and there is no answering at customer service. This is highly disappointing and disgusting to treat and take advantage of people during such rough times. I will ensure I tell everyone I know you NEVER patron this business!!

During the delivery of a new stove, the stove was damaged, the floor was scratched and a corner of the kitchen countertop was broken. Photos of the damage were sent and staff made a visit to the home and now I cannot get any response from the company. I will not purchase from this company again.

MiMi was very nice and knowledgeable with all the questions I had concerning the mattress I was shopping for. I will be returning for more furniture.

Sold me a bed that fell apart while I was sleeping and injured me. Not only do I want a refund, I will be suing.

Don't trust these guys. All sales are final. That means they won't take it back even if it's the wrong product. I fought them for five months and it did no good. Shop somewhere else. Buyer beware.

All went well with my purchase, I put down $950 on $3601 made 19 $86.87 payments called in to pay off my balance before my same as cash purchase due date and the price was $2601 how is that even possible the rep kept saying let me check still checking still with you whatever the hell that means then says oh I see you didn’t meet your deadline I said my deadline is the 15th it’s only the 4th she proceeds to tell me I was provided the wrong information and but she can offer me a settlement I said what am I settling besides the actual amount I owe she says well you owe extra cause you was provided the wrong deadline never got a alert text call email nothing stating this deadline change so here I am owing $2600 on top of the $2600 I already paid this is pure insanity and highway robbery AVOID this store at all cost unless you are paying straight cash out the door don’t purchase anything from them!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The furniture is junk. I've been through 9 sets and they all fall apart and it's only been not even a year. My first set the delivered and the wood was popped out of the back. I got a recliner set thinking it would be more sturdy but the screws all started falling out and wood fell out of it. It no longer reclines and the ends are falling off.
