Stay away from the Ardmore Ok store! The dumb girl that works there and the fat boy sitting on his hind in with a phone in his hand. Customer service if there is any wasn’t NONE! I was lied to about a material of a couch and they tried to hoax me into their financing program hahaha

Went to Ashley’s and was treated like a customer with a very professional sales associate.
The American Freight store is a joke.

Very bad customer service. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a rude and inhumane way, let alone a customer. Roderick needs to go for customer service training, and learn how to talk to customers over the phone. It's very despicable. You need to take some lessons from Charles.

Recently had issues with my mattress and tried to apply for the warranty that was denied by the manufacturer, so I went to store in Sherwood (AR) and the very long her manager ( did not get her name) was very attentive and proactive.
Next day she called me to the store to resolve the problem with a happy ending. Thanks.

I walked into american freight and was welcomed so politely with a man named Larry. I then purchased a livingroom suite and bed frame. He offered options which was great .when leaving he was very detailed and patient when explaining cost and delivery . I would definitely recommend Larry in at 718 hope hollow rd. carnegie,pa,15106.thanks Larry

American Freight Furniture - Mattress - Appliance

Recently, I purchased an appliance from 2301 - A Mt Industrial Boulevard Tucker, GA 30084. The Sales Representative, Mr. Nick and the Store Manager, Mr. Al Capers provided exceptional customer services. They have the customers best interest at heart as they positively represent their company values and commitment. The store has a large variety of furniture, mattress and appliance as well. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I love all my furniture from here and the customer service is always professional . The manager and staff at the Wolf road location in Albany are great ! I highly recommend !!

I took out a loan with FinwiseBank that is serviced by American freight. I called them to make my scheduled payment plus an extra payment of$1000.00 to be applied toward my principle. I was told that first they would apply over $700.00 to interest and the remaining would go to principle, I asked why, I stated to them that I have never missed a payment, never late on my payment so explain to me where the extra interest came from that the interest was billed into the scheduled payment plan, they disagreed. I stated that I have read their contract and it states nowhere in the contact about when making extra payment it's applied to interest. Long story short I told them until they can explain what happen to my 2 extra payments, I would not make any more payment. Before I make the extra payment, I called and spoke with one of their rep who stated if I make an extra payment it would be applied to my principle, when I noticed that it wasn't I called and was given a different story. Please do not deal with Finwise Bank or American Freight they work together and they will try and rip you off .

Bob was very friendly and professional. He was helpful and went out of his way to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. Great customer service!

AF hired Pilot, a freight company to deliver my refrigerator, they arrived with no dolly, no screwdrivers , only to tell me that they can not bring it up two stairs and fit it through the door……that they can leave it by the garage when I paid extra do bring it in. It’s been about two weeks now AF wants to charge me restocking fees, delivery fees and won’t even reply to my emails/phone calls. I have no money and now I have no refrigerator for Christmas. We are eating canned food….. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Purchased a Whirlpool gas range at the Watchung,New Jersey store (September 8,2021)I paid for delivery,haul away,and installation....only to be told that American Freight will deliver but not install. I was extremely upset over the unprofessionalism of the store manager.He constantly lied to me and showed no interest in getting my item to me.Although I must say that Dallas a store employee arranged a third party vendor to deliver my stove to me. The whole experience was very unprofessional. I will never purchase from American Freight again.

Nothing but good news, price is right and customer service is perfect. Craig is amazing with his customers. I got a wrong size fridge which was delivered when I wanted. The process of getting it back to the store and replaced with the correct sized was handled very quickly and headache free even though it was my mistake. I have my kitchen appliances working Perfectly. Thank you.

I would have given a zero star if it was one. I bout furniture from American Freight 1825 Westpark Dr, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. I paid for delivery, I just got the furniture delivered today, and the guy just dropped the furniture that are still in boxes and left telling me that they do not set it up. I have to set it up myself. These furnitures are recliners, and I have to figure out how to do this and move the furniture myself. I will never recommend this company, they should let you know when you're buying that they cannot set it up. Well, this is the last time I deal with them. Just Beware!!

The furniture is crap. Ours started falling apart a couple months, purchased warranty. Keep getting run around, saying they can't find our account anywhere. Kinda funny, we get messages on payments due date coming up. Still have not honored warranty. Been almost 5 months that we been waiting for. Will be stopping payment till they honor our warranty.

Bought a queen bedroom set. When delivered, the dresser had a deep scratch and the drawers on one of the nightstands was broken. Called every day about the replacement. 5 days after delivery, still no replacement. After requesting a refund for the scratch on the dresser, was offered a $50 credit.
