The goods were not fully supplied and the refrigerator was broken when the delivery man just left we called him back to pick it he said he was already at another customers place, I called the store to report it and was told he will pick it up on Thursday when he brings the remaining goods, he came on Thursday and refused to pick the refrigerator and I called the office they spoke with him and he still refused saying I reported him on Tuesday. I had to tell him to go with the chairs if he is not picking the refrigerator and he left, I have since made a report to the store and their customer care.

bad delivery service the worst ever from the one in Clearwater store. I using this delivery service 2 times and is a nightmare. Really a bad service

We received a copy of the “contract” filled with signatures that very clearly don't belong to my husband. Yes a Lawyer has been called. No I will no longer speak to their “customer service” agents. Buyers Beware.

They are trying to charge us 3500 for a $800 couch. According to the contract that we were never given we signed up for this. Obviously this is not true. We will not be paying them another dime. Absolutely the worst company on the planet. They will 100% screw you.

Absolutely awful customer service that makes the deals you offer obsolete when you realize what a nightmare the actual buying experience is.

I walked into the Bridgeville, PA store and requested a stackable washer/dryer. We were shown a GE set by the salesman and decided to move forward with the purchase, paying for full delivery and installation. As soon as the delivery team arrived, they were frustrated to learn that the washer and dryer were being taken to the second floor. I apologized and said that no one ever asked for details about where this was being installed. They were very friendly and said, "this happens all the time" when people from the store don't communicate the right details to their team.

While this was frustrating, what made the experience even worse was when they were shown the laundry room, they told us that they can't install a stackable unit because they aren't trained to do so. Why wasn't this communicated to us by the salesperson when we requested and purchased a STACKABLE unit? The only thing they mentioned was the need for a power cord and dryer hose, both of which were on hand and ready for install. We were again told by the delivery team that this too happens often. If this is a consistent experience, WHY wouldn't you get ahead of this issue and ensure the proper communication to your customers?

When I called the store and requested to speak with customer support, I was transferred to Danielle, who from the beginning was extremely rude and dismissive. When asking for a refund, she insisted that the refund for the washer/dryer would be processed when the inventory returned to the store and that the $80 delivery and installation fee would not be refunded. Despite insisting that the delivery and installation didn't happen and that no one at the store ever indicated the installation couldn't happen for a stackable washer/dryer, she said I could "call corporate to complain" and then hung up on me. When I tried to call her back from multiple numbers, my call was ignored. So I called from another number which was promptly answered on the second ring and met with similar behavior from Danielle. I am appalled at how this place handles its customers and will not only NEVER purchase from you again, but will share this story on every outlet available until it's rectified and our full order is refunded.

If we could, we would give 0 stars or negative stars. We purchased an appliance the morning of August 2 nd, 2021. We were not told that we had to pick up the item prior to the store’s closing time in Morrow, GA. In addition, my husband called prior to the long drive to verify the closing time and was told that the store closed at 8:00 pm. He arrived a little after 6:30 pm and was told by the supervisor she could not give him our item because it was after 6:00 pm. He appealed as no one told him he needed to pick up the item by 6:00 pm, but the supervisor stated she would not or she would lose her job.We called customer service for assistance. The calls all disconnected. The supervisor, Alicia, lied and told a customer service representative that she told my husband, when he called prior to the journey, that he would need to get there by 6:00 pm! Frustrated by her rogue behavior, we called back to cancel her order, only to be notified that our order was already cancelled! Apparently, the supervisor, or a woman named Alicia, cancelled the order, lying that she received authority from a woman. I never spoke to her. Now I am still waiting after 1 1/2 hours to speak to the customer service representative supervisor.

Great place to get appliances. Some very nice brands often with only scratches on the side. SRP checked out for everything I saw and the discounts are significant. Shaji was a terrific sales person. Advising and helping along the way.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a couch that was to be delivered Sunday August 1. Not delivered. I called the office. They indicated there was an error and it did not go out. Ok fine. We will make sure it is the first delivery tomorrow. 5:20 pm., still no delivery. No call. Stay away from this scam place.

I got my bedroom and kitchen set there and Monique was very helpful and Joseph was really amazing at being very careful with putting things on my truck. Best place I've been so far definitely will be going back.

Monique LePage is well rounded and very helpful. She takes her time; and knows exactly what I need just by listening. Joseph Noe was an amazing help loading up the truck and very careful so nothing was damaged. I highly recommend my family and friends to stop in and get what they need or want with care. I went in the store yesterday looking for furniture and the sales guy Kevin was awesome. Even stayed over to help with my purchase.

In January, 2021 I ordered a new 27" GE oven/microwave combination from a local CA vendor. I was told about delays due to Covid. Then the wrong model was delivered in April and my old oven removed. Every month I was told there would be another month delay. Finally, the exact model I needed was found as a floor model at American Freight in Colorado. Laurie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns re: warranty protection, parts included, and delivery specifics, and made sure my order was complete before hanging up. Laurie provided outstanding Customer Service!

Beverly was the best costumer service and I really appreciated her help/honesty.

I want to give a shout out to Mr. McCandles and to Aziz they were wonderful about fixing my washing machine, they gave me a new one, any one I wanted, had it delivered and installed! They really do try to fix a problem when your not satisfied!!! God bless them and I'm very grateful

This place is a HUGE RIP OFF! Do not purchase from here they are way to expensive for the reject products they sale. Do not get me started on the finance company they use, you have to pay an extra $45 to pay your bill.

This place is a complete ripp off!!! My son bought a washer and dryer paid way too much from delivery and set up plus the dryer was defective. They reluctantly brought another dryer and did not connect it up properly and parts were missing. It became disconnected because of the missing part and could have caused an explosion, had the dryer been running. I want nothing more to do with this company and its over priced defective merchandise. I suggest they leave my son alone and work this out with consumer protection agency.

It has now been over four months since we ordered a dryer. Upon hooking it up, the delivery company determined was too damaged to use and took it back to the store. Meanwhile, our money was NEVER refunded. We have tried numerous times to contact the store directly only to be ignored. We contacted customer service only to be provided false promises, no follow up and have yet to receive a refund because they "haven't been able to confirm with the store." The store manager and employees have obviously make it a practice to provide false promises with zero intention to follow through so they can insure their profits. Criminal fraud! BEWARE!!

Staff acceptable in complying with our needs. Great to get what we needed without waiting three weeks which is what we were promised by big box stores. Holiday, Florida store just opened so they had to used to new company compliances.
Their delivery has much to learn. Used inexperienced personnel and delivery methods that must be updated to compete.

I purchased a couch from the Delaware, Ohio location. It took a long time to arrive due to Covid-slow downs. They were very helpful and kept me posted. They even were able to transfer from another store. I would recommend American Freight for anyone looking for good customer service and reasonably priced furniture.

I purchased an appliance from Jeremy and was impressed on how he answered all my questions and did not try to change my mind on what I wanted he explained each products difference's and was very professional

This is a great furniture store. Excellent customer service. Kia was nice sweet patient Ill will be visiting soon.
