We chose American Landscape Structures for the construction of our patio pavillion and we're so glad we did. From the initial quote to the installation, Jim was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the entire process step by step. Our pavillion was delivered and built by his professional crew . They did an outstanding job in a matter of hours start to finish! The quality and workmanship is impeccable! We love our pavillion and look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new outdoor space. Highly recommend American Landscape Structures. Jim has provided all the Engineering drawings and advised throughout the process from start to finish and has provided a good quality product.

We were very satisfied with the Sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable and offered us great discounts.
We were very dissatisfied with the Installer group for our pavilion. There were several mistakes made when installing the pavilion with regards to their quality and workmanship. In the end, I was given a discount for the issues and inconvenience, but the Installers did not really seem to care about the poor workmanship done.

Our 16 x 20 vinyl pavillion was delivered and built by his very professional crew on a cold December day. They did an outstanding job in a matter of 8 hours start to finish! The quality and workmanship is impeccable! We love our pavillion and look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new outdoor space. And of course we're the envy of the whole neighborhood!

Extremely satisfied with the whole process from ordering to delivery and installation of our new pergola and how fast and professional was their response when there was a little problem with an electrical issue. The structure is solid, looks amazing and all that at an extremely fair price. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new pergola.

Great experience with American Landscape structures. Jim did a great job making sure that I got my pavilion kit ordered exactly as my wife and I envisioned. Even helped us save some money with minor tweaks to the design. Mike got our kit delivered promptly and without issue and also helped me with any questions as I built my pavilion. We are thrilled with the result!

First of all I want to say that you won’t find a better work ethic than the two men who installed our pavilion. They arrived at 7:00 am and worked until completion at 8:00 pm. Everyone we talked to and worked with were accommodating, professional, and above all nice. American Landscape has a variety of structures to meet just about any need and the quality is excellent. Best of all was the cost. It was a third of the price of contracting a builder to do it.

Jim was extremely helpful and prompt in answering all of my questions and made the entire process from start to finish seamless. Delivery came early and the instructions were straight forward. My 10' x 16' artisan vinyl pergola with canopy is a fantastic addition to my backyard and I look forward to using it for years to come. The products design and construction of our American Landscape Pavilion here in Newcomb New York at our Adirondack High Peaks Scenic Overlook and not be duplicated by another other builder.
