From start to finish the Amish Designers Team was outstanding. From the assistance with the design to the delivery of the Pergola Kit at our home the experience was easy and flawless. The 16X18 Foot Kit was complete to the last screw and bolt and looks perfect in our back yard, We think this is great value and unmatched service throughout the entire; purchase ,delivery, and build process. We built this pergola in three days with the help of one neighbor. Calls with questions during the build were promptly answered by the Amish Team. We Love it.

We ordered a first 20'x40' pavilion from Amish Design and were very impressed by the quality of the materials. We were using volunteer labor to put it up and Jim and his guys were very helpful and patient, walking us through the instructions in more detail. It is not a project for the faint of heart, with skilled carpenters it still took 6 volunteers 2 1/2 days to put it up. (For the second one we had Amish Design construct it and it took them 1 day with three guys!!).
When things did crop up, it was handled professionally and with the utmost speed. Both pavilions look beautiful!

We purchased our pavilion from Jim at Amish Designers in the spring of 2014 and have been enjoying it immensely! Everyone who sees it is very impressed with the quality and workmanship, and it looks beautiful on our property. No longer do we have to worry about our shade structure blowing away as in the past. This pavilion is incredibly sturdy, solid, and well-crafted by the Amish people. A delightful Amish man and his little son brought it down to us from PA early one weekend morning and unloaded all the pieces. We thought we'd save some money and put it together ourselves. My husband, father, and my two grown sons were able to put it together in several days--not counting putting the shingles on the roof. Initially, it took a little while to figure out how the beautiful roof went together (absolutely remarkable looking from the inside), but once they realized how to do it, it went more speedily after that. My eldest then put the roof on in several evenings after work. We've been enjoying this pavilion so much over the past two years. It was a great value and you can't beat the craftsmanship. If you take care of it by re-staining it every couple of years, this pavilion should last decades.

I love my new pavilion. I wanted a structure over our Hot Tub, which could be built onsite, and would match an existing gazebo. Amish Designers delivered. With a robust web site and many pictures, making my selection and choosing the right options was easy. Jim Adams was thorough, insuring I had all the site permits and considerations in place. In less than 2 weeks from placing the order, the pavilion was ready to be installed. The construction crew arrived on-time, were neat and courteous, and completed the entire construction by noon! I would definitely recommend Amish Designers to anyone seeking fast, quality construction at affordable prices.

They gave us a best positive experience in supplying and installing our favorite 14' x 16' vinyl pavilion. Quality was great and installation crew was superb. I would recommend anyone what Amish has to offer.

The quality and construction of the gazebo was first rate. Additionally, the vinyl covering on the parts is top grade. The ceiling came pre-stained and is beautiful. We added the screens to our purchase and that was a huge benefit in keeping the insects away both day and night; well worth the added cost. The two areas of improvement are more detailed instructions to assemble and smaller, pre-assembled parts because the pieces were large and to heavy for 1-2 people. We discussed this with the manufacturer and they have already implemented several of our recommendations. They were very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend Amish Designers.

I purchased a 14' X 14' pavilion from Amish Designers and I couldn't be more pleased. The wood quality surpasses anything you can find in the big box home centers. You also save a lot of time because the kit is precut, predrilled, and ready to assemble. It took me and 3 other guys about 6 hours to get the structure completely framed up, bolted to footings, and ready for shingles. Assembly is not a trivial amount of work, but if you have a few friends willing to help its a fun experience. Go ahead and purchase the cupola and superior posts, they make all the difference in the finished look.

From my first contact with Tim at Amish designs, I was impressed with their designs, price, materials and flexibility. When my 10 foot Belle roof gazebo was delivered, I was floored. It was even more beautiful than I imagined. The delivery and installation went smoothly. I heartily recommend Amish Designers.

From my first inquiry, all of my questions were answered. They were very responsive when I needed different or additional quotes. Then, we weren't hassled while making our decisions!

We purchased a 14x16 vinyl pavilion and installation. It was delivered and installed in a single day. I thought that it looked fantastic but Amish Designers called to tell us about a couple of workmanship details that they weren't satisfied with and requested to come back at a future date to correct the issues when they were in the area again. Sure enough, a few weeks later I received a call that they would be in the area and they were requesting to come and make the fixes. Fantastic customer service! We love our pavilion and it looks great!

My husband and I decided to purchase a pergola for our side yard where our "Secret Garden" was being constructed. Our search started at the big box stores. The quality and designs were not what we wanted.

Then I did a search and found Amish Designers. They have some gorgeous designs and with their help for size, red stain, and an extra foot on the vertical posts, we decided to buy a 10' x 10' pergola. The owner's son brought it from PA to NC on a long trailer and with a little help we unloaded in a few minutes. They kept us posted by phone as to his location as he drove down in 7 hours. Very professional!

The directions came with the kit and are very clear. Yes, their materials do cost a bit more, but when you look at the quality of workmanship and the design, you would certainly agree. This company is very reputable and have great communication skills to answer any and all questions that I had. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants excellent quality and old fashioned, reputable service.
