Unethical Practices
I purchased a Lorex home security camera system for $150. What was in the box? 1. All documentation, 2. A camera, not two. 3. A bridge and 4. Wiring. What wasn't in the box? 1. Control Center. 2. Battery for the one camera. What does this mean? The system is useless with the missing components. I called the store immediately upon unboxing and was told by a male head cashier to go in the next day and they would take care of it. At the store, I spoke to a female head cashier and was advised that the male head cashier didn't say that and meant to go in and explain. Not true. He specifically said they would take care of it. Stealing people's money for subpar goods is UnAmerican! Not to mention the way I was spoken to and treated by the staff. The security guard was the only individual that treated me as a customer should be treated. The picture I posted shows circled icons of the missing components.
