Extremely poor customer support - Never received

I never received my order. I reached out to the company after an email arrived showing that my order had been left by my garage - it had not. I explained the situation to them, and they sent me a link showing that the order was delivered and that I should look at my garage. I again explained that I was home the entire day that it was delivered, I reviewed my entire home perimeter, mailbox, front & back door and spoke to my neighbors. No package. Since that email I've been ghosted - no responses. Very disappointed. I've ordered their product (4 cat window seats) through Amazon and have never had an issue. I thought I would support a small business and order replacement cushion directly from them. Never again. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. Incredibly disappointed. Would highly recommend that if you order their product do not order directly from them as they cannot support delivery of their product.

Your cat needs this!

My cat loves this windows perch! I was shocked how fast it came and how easy it was to put together! I ordered a second one! Same experience! Jack loves looking out and he stays safe!

Great window cat bed!

My cats love this new window seat cat bed. It shipped quickly and was super easy to put together. It holds my 17lb cat without a problem. I highly recommend this cat bed!

Amosijoy 660gph canister filter

Although it takes a bit to get a hold of you mostly because of the distance my experiences have been great. Once ordered I usually get items in a couple weeks. I think it might help if you can work with Amazon on all parts for the canister filters that are available. Our correspondence has been informative. Thanks for all your help.

DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST

AT FIRST I WASS O HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE THAT I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE PERFECT FILTER AND NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER BOTH FILTERS WERE MAKING THIS ANNOYING NOISE OF TRAPPED AIR THAT WOULD NOT GO AWAY, I CLEANED THEM INCLUDING THE PROPELLER AND NOTHING WOULD WORK,NOW THEY ARE BACK IN THE BOX THEY CAME IN CAUSE I CAN'T RETURN THEM AND THE REPLACEMENT PADS FOR THE 660GPH ARE NON EXISTING, DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST SO NOW I PURCHASED TWO SICCE WHALES

I had no idea when I would receive my order. After a week, I contacted the company via email and was told that orders are delivered on Saturdays. I still have not reviewed my order. No tracking, no updates. I will NOT be using this company again.

Nothing went wrong

Nothing went wrong. However, better communication between getting a notice that the order was received and a ship date with tracking number/receive date should be more readily available than having the buyer text the company to get the information and wait for an answer.

I've still not received my order but I am being hounded to leave a review. Seems like the company would make sure the item was delivered before asking, repeatedly, for reviews.
