Great customer service. Barry ( i think?) helped me out when I queried if I had bought the wrong valves for my amp, explaining that I had a suitable alternative to the original.

Emailed these guys with a query about buying a new set of valves for my Orange Jim Root Dark Terror. Replied within the hour, giving me the advice I needed about the valve configuration (the previous owner had put after market valves in with no markings on whatsoever).
Purchased a set of JJ valves. Prompt dispatch - arrived within 48 hours, just in time for my next gig. Wow, what a difference they make, my amp is sooooo loud! No need to crank up the gain anymore! Even the treble, middle and bass have been enhanced. Highly recommend Amp Valves - competitively priced, too.
