Rented some Starlink systems for an agricultural show I was providing Wi-Fi for. Charlie and the team configured the devices to my specification and shipped them promptly. I will certainly use them again. 5 Star Service.

Good quality bracket and the sticky Velcro is really sticky. Works well. Neat

Delivered unit etc.as expected and promptly. After a few weeks I had a problem which Humax themselves could not resolve! I contacted Chigwell Sat services and they talked me through it and explained how to resolve the issue. Absolutely excellent customer services and I will definitely use and recommend them. I was given a tv box as a present which was purchased from this company. Unfortunately it was faulty. When I contacted chigwell to report this the customer service I was given was unbelievabley brilliant!! Daniel took ownership of the problem and within 48 hours I had received a replacement box. I have no qualms at all to recommend this company . I will definitely be using them in future . Thanks again Daniel

Bought the starlink with the installation and it was perfect. Lovely person and got the job done with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend

I purchased a Humax 1100S freesat and recorder box via Amazon. Unfortunately the remote control stopped working after two weeks so I contacted Chigwell Satellite two days ago. They were very helpful and talked me through a few things to try. They then agreed that I needed a replacement remote. I received it this morning and everything is working perfectly. Great service.

I got an upgrade from Starlink including an "Expert Install." So far, so good. Try booking an installation through their standard channels though. You will enter a world of pain and doom loops.
I called Chigwell Satellite and everything suddenly changed. Charlie was incredibly helpful and booked me an installation almost the next day.
Gary the installer turned up on time. Then went the extra mile with my installation to ensure I was 110% happy with the job. Gary was polite & efficient and has done a lovely job, respecting my property all the time.
