We started from San Mateo in 2006 and extended to Union City in 2012 and San Francisco in 2013. We carry a variety of home furnishings such as mid-century to modern living. Stylish

Stylish, sturdy, and a perfect fit for my dining space. The stone top looks amazing, and the whole table feels high-quality. Just shy of perfect, but overall a fantastic buy!

The worst company And the worst…

The worst company And the worst furniture I had ever seen before!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and cheap material and they never sorted my damaged corner sofa!!!! Never replaced the parts!! They Lying and Lying all the time someone sorted this someone coming! And never come.😡😡😡

I placed an order and had to cancel next day because I chooses wrong size. I received refund within 3 days, had great communication with Anna furniture through Watsup chat, had no problem at all, A+

The furniture is worth the price

The furniture is worth the price. They need to work on delivery to other parts of UK. Also, more instructions on installation should be provided. It is better to order the furniture available for delivery straight away that to pay for furniture that will not be ready until 8 weeks or more.

I am giving 1 star because there is no option for less. Do not order with them. Don't waste your time. I order a sofa who supports to be delivered in 8 weeks. I contacted them on week 7 to check delivery day and they just told me that there is a problem with this frame and they won't be able to delivered in time and can't give me delivery day.....Why they didn't informed me earlier on the first place and how they expected me to wait forever. Very bad customer service. They can ignore you for days before answering on WhatsApp and not answering phone.

To nie jest Polska firma! To ciapacy ktorzy wogole sie nie znaja na prowadzeniu firmy. IT'S NOT A POLISH COMPANY. IT'S OWNED BY ASIANS WHO DO NOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MADE SO MANY MISTAKES, AND GOOD LUCK IN GETTING A REPLY. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ARE SO RELAX AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. Please save yourself some stress in deadling with this company.

Absolutely horrible service bunch of thieves !!! AVOID!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Order a sofa with upgraded material. Paid thru PayPal and then 80GBP in cash on delivery. After receiving my sofa after 3 months it was had damaged pillows, now they replaced these 2 times every time wrong colour or material or even size. That took them another 3 months. After failing to fulfil the order they took it back and promised a full refund. For the refund I had to fight thru PayPal to get the money back but the 80GBP I paid in cash they just kept it and don't want to hear nothing about it. So I got left with no sofa and 80GBP out of pocket. Beware AVOID bunch of thieves!!!!

Scammers

Missing part in tv stand, 2 months is passed and we still haven’t received missing part. They ignore messages. Avoid this scammer!

1 star because I can t give any…

1 star because I can t give any less,ordered a sofa in may now it s october and still hasn t arrived,the owner of the company blocks and deletes comments on Facebook and will also you also block you! !!!!It's a spam!!!!

Bad quality

Bad quality, rude service, They sent me a broken sofa and won't replace it because I opened it too late to check. Waisting my time and money!!!

AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOREVER…

AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURES! Purchased an in-stock bed frame in December 2020 and I still haven’t receive it as of 2/3/21. Emailed customer services for over 10 times and none of them were helpful.The worst part is their contact number on the website 510-200-9387 is not even a working number!!

Bad product quality

The buying experience was great.
However, the product itself was really bad quality. It broke ( the metal structure of the chair) in a little more than a year with minimal use.

Great service and good value

The manager at the San Francisco location, David, was very patient and helped me find the right couches for my space and my budget. I would recommend Ana Furniture, and David in particular, to anyone looking to furnish their home.

Bought a dining table

Ana Furniture is amazing!

Ana Furniture is amazing. Oscar and Michael are the best! I’ve been buying furniture at the Almaden location since we moved to the area three years ago. The furniture is such great quality and the service cannot be beat. Oscar and Michael helped me pick out two sofas, a hutch, two coffee tables, and a bed... all absolutely gorgeous, high-quality pieces that I just adore. If I have any questions or need help with anything at all from the time I walk into the store to the time my furniture is delivered, these guys are there to help. It’s always a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.
