Ana was recommended by the lawyer we used to relocate from UK to Portugal. She replied to me straight away and arranged for a video call so she could assess our needs.
She offered us several viewings for a long term rental, which we needed to secure our Portuguese residency. She drove from the centre of the country to pick us up and drove us to view all the properties, acting as translator for any questions we had.
With Ana's help we secured a rental and have now successfully achieved residency.

Before we moved to Portugal, Ana Risso was helping us through the Real Estate transition process every step of the way, offering referrals for immigration attorney and mortgage broker, but also finding us a great furnished apartment in Setubal for our D7 VISA requirement.

In a sector predominantly focused on pushing sales and closing deals as soon as possible, Ana's unwavering integrity is welcomed by clients as a sign of what a true professional embodies. Every real estate broker will tell you why you want their property. Ana, on the other hand, will be the first to tell you "no" when a "no" is due - more often than not, that is when you most need to hear it. And to Ana's own financial detriment, mind you.
In 10 years' time, you won't remember how long it took to sell your house or how fast Ana found a place for your family to live in. You will however remember that Ana found the perfect place for you. You will remember how she worked around the clock, never left you hanging, did not take 5 business days to respond to every e-mail, liaised with accounting, legal, banks, notaries and whichever other professionals required (while often double jobbing as your personal psychologist) to make sure that no stone was left unturned. You will remember how she provided you with a double columned contract with one of the columns being in your a language you understand, while other realtors just slapped you with their agency's Portuguese, poorly formatted, one-size-fits-all template and barely provided any explanation on what they wanted you to sign. You will remember that although you were moving to a new country, possibly in a new continent, with different customs, laws and professional etiquette, and where you did not know a single soul, you did not feel alone for one second. You will remember Ana.

Realized and acted upon our sense of urgency for rental accommodation. Found us the right home to purchase and followed through even beyond the closing on the property. Proactive, attentive and client focused agent!
