I paid £90 for a necklace and the quality is atrocious. Lightweight, flimsy and unwearable. The positive reviews of this company are surely questionable, I struggle to comprehend how anyone could be pleased with the quality. And be aware, they do not offer refunds, credit voucher only. Total scam. Avoid!

I paid £90 for this necklace and the quality is terrible ...its so lightweight it feels like a plastic necklace ! Unfortunately I have run out of the time to return the item as it arrived just before i left for my holidays. I would really appreciate a chance to return it or exchange it for something more solid

Beautiful product
Beautiful product, delivered quickly in packaging that was equally secure as it was pretty. Very easy payment and process with the set being delivered literally in a matter of days - almost Amazon-level ease, which is difficult to come by in this space. Would happily order again and / or recommend to others.

Exorbitant shipping
was charged double for shipping and import duty etc. very expensive shipping with no alternative option. hard to return as i'm not happy with it

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Anayah Jewellery has been so incredibly disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. From a mediocre product ,receiving the incorrect item and the shocking customer service, this company has been a complete nightmare to deal with.The WhatsApp service is completely useless too!
