I believe that the professionalism of a healthcare institution should be measured not only by the services it provides to its patients, but also by how it treats its employees.
During my time working in sales at this clinic, I did not receive the salary we had agreed upon. Furthermore, I discovered that my employment had not been registered with the Turkish Social Security Institution (SGK). I have since taken legal action regarding these matters, and the legal process is ongoing.
Throughout my experience, I developed serious concerns regarding staff turnover, heavy workloads, and management’s approach toward employees. These experiences led me to question the institution’s internal stability and working environment.
I strongly believe that there should be consistency between the professional image an institution presents to the public and the workplace culture it maintains behind the scenes. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I did not find that consistency here.
I am sharing this review solely to reflect my personal working experience.
Institutional trust is built not only on promises made to clients, but also on responsibilities fulfilled toward employees.
I encourage everyone to carefully research their options before choosing a workplace or a healthcare provider, and to make an informed decision.
