If I could give zero stars I would. So I ordered a coat, it turned up looking nothing like the website photos - it was so cheaply made I doubt it even cost a fiver to put together. It was awful. Then despite the return policy being on the website and a very clear returns address in the UK, they are trying to make me pay for returning it back to China!!!!!! I’m embroiled in an email battle with them about returning the coat. It’s absolutely dreadful - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is a scam.

Wish I had looked into this store further. Nothing London about this shop. Delivery took 3 weeks as it was coming from China. No mention anywhere of this being a China led business. In fact when I ordered there was a London address but after back and forth with them they have now removed this address.

Dress arrived the size of a scarf so was unsuitable. Like the other reviewer below, I was also offered a 20% refund, which they eventually increased to 50%. I refused and said I wanted to return, which is when they disclosed that I had to return the item to China and cover the postage, and jump through a bunch of other hoops.

When I challenged why they hide that they are based in China they said "they do not but only share the address when someone requests a return".

Seriously shady and currently in dispute with my credit card company.

The dress was too short on me and I tried to send it back but could not find a website. It appears that I have to send it back to China at my expense.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Scam! Do not order/Avoid or you will lose your money.
Ordered a dress and the quality and sizes are absolutely horrendous.
London? Basted in China! I wanted to return two dresses,they offered me 20% refund if I kept them.
Been sent a form for return all the way to China.
Yet there is nothing on the website that states such a thing.
It's a scam website, don't bother
