Andrew James provided surveying services in September 2023 regarding a prospective purchase. I found him to be transparent, open, helpful and extremely helpful as well as quick with the report and feedback. I'm still not finished with the buying process and have even had to ask him more questions. He's responded in a professional and informative way. If everyone were this helpful and good at their job, the world would be a better place than it currently is! I'll definitely be keeping his contact details in case I need similar services again.

Andrew was brilliant - very detailed survey in addition to a phone call to discuss what he found. Sadly, the house seemed to be in a worse condition than what we thought and Andrew helped us to fully understand the condition of the property from what he could see and this enabled us to make an informed decision on our next steps. Would recommend

Andrew James was very helpful and always happy to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend him.

I used Andrew James to provide surveying services in June 2023 regarding a prospective purchase. Andrew kept regularly in touch throughout the process even though we were out of the country on vacation. The quality of his review was excellent and he offered an opinion early in the process about what level of survey would be appropriate and pointed me towards a less expensive option.

Andrew was great from our first contact with him. He took the time to clearly explain what we would get for our money and wasn’t in any way pushy. It is evident he is passionate about his job and wants to provide the best service. He rang us after the survey visit to give a brief overview of his findings, and then gave us an hour of his time on a phone call once we’d had chance to read and digest the report. This gave us the opportunity to make more sense of the report and work out exactly which repairs we needed to prioritise. Andrew’s work was of the highest quality and I would recommend him to anyone.
