Excellent service.

Buying my bass from Andy was a excellent experience. Andy arranged for me to try a few basses in private from his collection of quality vintage instruments. The payment and collection a few days later was very straight forward and convenient. I'm very pleased with my vintage bass.

I have bought from Andy (with confidence) since 2019. I have enjoyed many great basses from him over the years and even better customer service. He's very approachable and his knowledge of bass guitars is second to none. My most recent purchase was a 2008 Warwick Starbass pro II in bubinga. It came with a massive professional touring standard flight case, which is bigger than a shipping box! Andy personally called me to explain this and was able to suggest a solution that didn't require additional cost to me nor did it delay the delivery.

The bass arrived in perfect condition right out of the box and I was delighted to start gigging and recording with it the day after it arrived! The delivery also included a nice complimentary package with an Andy Baxter branded cleaning cloth, Dunlop pick, bumper sticker and pen. Very nice touches to an already outstanding purchase!

I will continue to do business with Andy and highly recommend him to any discerning musician or collector of beautiful basses and guitars.

Ordered a Rickenbacker 4003 bass from Andy who was very helpful on the phone answering my questions prior to pulling the trigger.
Bass was superbly packaged and arrived next day and was exactly as described.
Great communications throughout with tracking number sent to ensure I would know when to expect delivery. Andys easy going style and high quality stock mean I would highly recommend him to others and would buy again with total confidence.

We live in Wirral and travelled to Leeds to purchase a bass guitar for our Son. Andy was easy to deal with, held the guitar for over three weeks until we were able to travel to Leeds. He is very patient, has a great show room and it was well worth the journey to Leeds to purchase the guitar. We bought a blue 2020 Elrick NJS5 Bass. The guitar was as described and sounds great.
