Ordered and products not arrived after several days, they blamed royal mail however on further investigation my order had not even been posted. Beware of this company, definitely won't order from them again. Eventually received a refund. BEWARE.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify what happened for the benefit of anyone reading this review.
Your order was dispatched by us and the Royal Mail postage label was purchased through our Click & Drop account. We could see the shipment on our system, but unfortunately Royal Mail’s tracking continued to show that they were still “expecting” the parcel, meaning there was no acceptance scan or further tracking update.
As soon as we became aware that the tracking had not updated, we asked you to allow a further 24 hours to see if Royal Mail’s system updated. Unfortunately, it did not, so rather than leave you waiting any longer, we issued you with a full refund.
We completely understand your frustration with the delay, but we do feel it is important to clarify that the order was sent from our premises and a postage label had been purchased. The issue was that Royal Mail did not provide a tracking acceptance scan or subsequent tracking updates. We refunded the order as soon as it became clear that the parcel was not progressing.

As we had no order number or customer details to identify the purchase, we responded to your review requesting your full name, email address, phone number and order details so that we could investigate this for you. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response within the requested timeframe.
We’re always happy to look into delivery or order issues and resolve them where possible, but we do need some information from the customer to locate the order and investigate what has happened.
We’re sorry we weren’t able to assist further on this occasion.
Beware
I ordered Matrix smooth and sleek shampoo large bottle at a cost of 19:70 . A received a wella colour moose that cost 12:00 , I emailed the company they gave a link to return the incorrect product at another cost to me of 7:00 . It is their mistake, this should just be replaced at no cost to me . So they have now profited from my order as I’m not paying to return something I didn’t order.
I WANT A FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WITH CORRECT ORDER

We’re sorry that you received the incorrect item and understand your frustration. However, we would like to clarify an important point in this review.
When you contacted us, we provided you with a **free returns link** so that the incorrect item could be returned to us at no cost to you. We would never expect a customer to pay the return postage when an incorrect item has been sent due to our error.
The £7 return cost mentioned in your review was therefore not a charge from Angel Hair & Beauty Supplies, nor were you asked to pay this amount in order to return the item.
We were happy to arrange the return and, once received, either provide the correct Matrix Smooth & Sleek Shampoo or issue the appropriate refund. We’re sorry for the original picking error, but we do feel it is important to clarify that you were provided with a free return option and were not being asked to pay £7 to return the incorrect product.

Order arrived with parts missing, slow customer service replies
I received my order with parts missing, I raised this to the customer service team this was not acknowledged at all. I asked for a replacement of the missing item since I had paid full price to receive only part of the order. Very slow customer service replies, the only solution so far proposed is returning all the items, despite me asking for a replacement. Wouldn't order again, Trust Pilot reviews aren't good, should take heed of this and avoid ordering from this company.

Complained, their response “have checked with our packer and checked the packing CCTV and all the items were placed in the box together?” The item I received was also not what I ordered. I received item on 10th April & was refunded on 15th May. Finally got a refund after around 6 emails.

That is the first time you have admitted that you sent me the incorrect order. You said to me that I was basically lying as you had watched cctv & there was no way i would have received one item in the size of box that you sent me. I received no apology.

I have checked your order and our email conversations. You emailed on 25th April to confirm it was the wrong product and we replied the next working day with a free returns link. (We are closed at the weekend). As soon as we received your item back a full refund was provided. For the missing items we can confirm they were packed, but you received the incorrect parcel as human error meant the labels were mixed up. Again I am sorry the incorrect time was received, but we did refund the items and it can take up to 5 working days for a refund to clear. We did email you back on 11th to ask whether you wanted a refund or the items replaced, but we did not get a reply. Then we did not hear from you until the 28th, when we provided the return label.

Unfortunately, as she'd used the product it couldn't be returned. She reordered the product and despite tracking saying when it would arrive, the package arrived today. When she clicks the link about the tracking it just says tracking can't be updated. Unfortunately we've received Goldwell Elumen Long Lasting Hair Colour for professional use only. She actually ordered a Goldwell Scalp Specialist Shampoo. AVOID at all costs.

A pleasant surprise
I was looking for some isopropyl alcohol for some circuit board repairs . Doing some research I found it was also used in hairdressing. I had a look and found angel hair and beauty supplied it and was local too . It was cheaper and bigger than another I had found . Quick delivery too
