Purchased a Xmas present for my dad. Due to a design flaw much of the text is not legible on a dark t-shirt. Tried repeatedly to contact a person with no results. Suspect that all inquires go through a Bot because regardless of the inquiry I get the EXACT response verbatim. Customer is nothing but a credit card # so has no value beyond that. I could accept that they can not do anything for me if only I felt like I was being heard. Automated responses do not make a customer feel heard.
T-shirts are great quality. Website is very annoying. Do not need to scroll through each breed before getting to next design but that is okay since I will never order a tee from them again.

This was my 2nd time ordering. This time I ordered a t-shirt and a sweat shirt. The quality is great. Sizes are true with no shrinkage. The printing seems dyed in, not a rubber iron on and doesn't fade when washed. I love the pic... looks just like my baby !

Wore my shirt 2 times and washed it. The picture of the Pomeranian fell apart.

I received my order on time and the quality of the t-shirt is great. The design is correctly place and the t-shirt do not shrink.

I am very happy with the print on my shirts but most of all their customer service is excellent. They took care of my shirts being sized bigger on me than my normal fit of shirts. They were so prompt.

Order never arrived, site falsely states 100% printed in the USA, yet it is coming from the Netherlands. Customer service can only chat and refused refund only reprint, which is useless it will never arrive before Halloween. Will never order from here again,

I love my sweatshirt. The dog looks just like one of mine,just wish I had chosen a different color so that it could be fully read. It appears perfect on the gray t-shirt that is a birthday present at the end of the month.

i just love my shirts! my cousin was amazed at much the doxie shirt looked like my little one. the only thing she said was the picture didn’t have notched ears like rascal. i love the quality of the shirts also. i will be ordering more for christmas gifts! thank you for such a beautiful job. well done!

Although I received a notice my shirt was delivered it was not !

The graphics and printing are excellent however, the t shirt material is not so much. Animal world T should use a better quality t shirt such as Gildan or Sam’ Club Members Mark. The brand they currently use is too thin and wears more quickly. Just my opinion.

My shirts arrived and one had a pulled thread in the back, I contacted the the company and they printed me another one free of charge. I love my shirts, the bright colors and the printing is great. What a wonderful way to show my love for my Maltese. Thanks guys.
