While the advice and service provided was very good they did not honour my referral cashback. What's worse is I have chased a number of times with someone promising to get back and no one ever does.

Complete scam, input all your details, and while the service they provide seems okay, you then get hounded with outsourced calls / communications which isn’t in your T+C’s

They were great when selling me a net-new policy. Ever since then the support has been poor when reviewing amending or adding policies.

I initially found the information provided by Anorak really helpful whilst researching my options for income protection - especially all of their explanations for the jargon I didn't understand. I scheduled a call with an advisor to find out more, and was helped by Rhys who was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and very clear. After finding out my requirements, he looked into my best options and scheduled a follow-up call at a time convenient to me. Rhys was not at all pushing for a sale - but provided guidance and suggestions. I am now covered, at an affordable price, and very pleased with the help I received. Time will tell if the cover is adequate (but hopefully I won't have to find out!)
