What a lovely company. On contacting the company an appointment was made straight away and a quotation received in days. All the staff were friendly and extremely hard working and it was fascinating watching them work. They provide a very efficient service and pay attention to every detail and I feel I have received a first class product representing great value for money. My driveway looks superb.

Absolutely amazing estate agent in Reigate - had the pleasure of dealing with both Rebecca and Louise ! Nothing is too much trouble, by far the best estate agent I’ve come across in many years of buying and selling - super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them more.

After four years of being a reliable tenant, All rent paid on time, I’m shocked that White & Sons are trying to take a large portion of my deposit over trivial issues. They listed things like a grain of dust as justification for charging me for a full professional clean. That’s not wear and tear that’s nitpicking.

I kept the property clean, took photos before leaving, and handed it back in good condition. Yet they still tried to push excessive charges. I’ve since seen other tenants reporting the same behaviour, which says a lot.

Tenants deserve fairness, not exploitation. If this happens to you, don’t accept it use the deposit protection scheme dispute process, which is there to stop agencies from making unreasonable deductions.
