A generally good service only issue was a few parts off out personal info was wrong and I was concerned that if we had to make a claim that might have hindered things because off that wrong info .

Excellent Customer Service
Can't thank Another Life enough after finding just the right policy for myself and my husband. Took the whole hassle out of searching for just the right policy and extremely competitive prices and cover. Our advisor was first rate and explained everything clearly and in detail. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to renew or start a new policy.

excellent customer service, opened my eyes to a better value life insurance policy!!
I had Life Insurance through my bank and thought what I had was reasonable until I spoke to an adviser from Another Life. I was shocked to find that, for a mere £7.08 more a month, my policy would climb up to £250k as opposed to the £25k I was originally insured at. I was gobsmacked but delighted at hearing this.
The exceptional customer service delivered by Alison was wonderful, she was so helpful and very approachable. I will be recommending Another Life to friends and family. Now I have complete peace of mind in regards to my life insurance.

Good value, fast and professional
My partner and I recently shopped around for life insurance and were referred to anotherlife.com by a friend. We had already done some price comparisons online and had an idea how much we wanted to spend each month for life insurance cover.
We were provided an initial quote which was very good value compared to what we had found elsewhere. I spoke to Mandy who took me through the process over the phone. There were quite a few questions, some of which were very amusing, but Mandy was professional throughout the call.
Mandy also sorted me with critical illness cover which didn't increase the price by very much at all.
All the paperwork came through quickly and it was all done and dusted within about 7-10 days.

Way better than my bank!
I took out life insurance to cover my mortgage with my bank about 7 years ago. I totally forgot about what cover I had taken out. Once you did the review I was shocked to find out that I could get an extra £115,000 cover for the same price I was already paying. It has taught me a lesson for the future !! Ta much.

Thanks to Alistair at Another Life. I had been searching around for a better life insurance deal but always hit a brick wall once they asked all my medical questions. Alaistair was helpful and friendly and found me insurance despite some of my existing medical conditions. Thanks again. Now I have piece of mind.
