AnQ Movers Avis

The movers were not only on time, they were actually early and willing to start early too. The movers were fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They got everything done quickly, do quickly they had remaining time which they used to put a king sized bed together in the bedroom for me.
I’m very grateful and thankful that i decided to choose AnQ Movers.

From the outset Justin was very diligent, detailed and clear in preparing the initial quote which I found to be reasonable and competitive, once the booking was confirmed he maintained contact and on the day of the move the removal team kept me informed as to where they were whilst driving to me, they were right on time, really polite, really efficient and took great care to organise everything and pack and wrap carefully, this care and attention was also evident at the destination which after a 3 hr drive was quite impressive, no sign of exhaustion and their standards were maintained. I would not hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend them.

Very affordable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended

Fantastic service from start to finish. Robin was extremely helpful with getting the logistics in motion and the two removal guys were absolutely brilliant.

Incredible packing skills, very careful, well priced, went the extra mile with taking care using their own materials (blankets etc in van) and worked very quickly.

Not a bad word to say. We will 100% be recommending to family and friends and will be using them again ourselves.

What a great company and staff. From Robin sales manager to Harry and Emma and the staff that has been sent to me for the service, AMAAAAAZING! The goods were handled with care, the arrival time was on time, the way of dismantling and assembly anything was so fast! I only have words of appreciation for the entire team! You guys are fantastic! So prompt and so respectful and reliable!
Totally recommend the company and I will use your company again!

I had a great experience with AnQ Movers! Brilliant pricing and great customer services from Harry. Movers were prompt to arrive and very polite. I would definitely recommend.

Great service! Hassan’s team arrived on time and worked very hard, Neil did a great job organising. Recommended!

Excellent service from the removal men, Ediee and Nick. Also the sales manager Robin was very professional when I spoke to him on the phone. Safe transport of all of my goods, turned up on time, carried a huge amount of stuff back and forth. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to Harry, who served as my primary point of contact and handled all of the planning and problems. And also wanted to say thanks to Rizwan and Hassan. The two men that took and delivered my belongings were really helpful.

Robin at sales and the team (Raja, Razvan and Nick) on the move day were very efficient and professional. What we appreciated even more was their jolly attitude! Moving into our first home as a relatively newly married couple was a special day. Spending it with them made it an even more wonderful experience. Thank you personally. We would definitely recommend them.

I loved the professionalism of the staff. I dealt mostly with Robin and he was very helpful by helping me with exactly what I needed.

I will definitely recommend AnQ to friends and family

Excellent service from Robin!! Thank you for your patience!

Amazing service with Robin and Neill. Would 100% recommend ANQ for any move big or small. It’s been an stress-less move and I was very impressed with the levels of professionalism and communication throughout the service. Well done!

Well organised moving company with good service. It was a smooth communication for a stressful event. Kudos to Robin who was my main contact and arranged everything, solved last minute issues and was impressively responsive. We need more people like Robin!

Good service, fast efficient and very helpful no item was too heavy or too tricky for them would definitely recommend and use again

Just want to thank David and your team for a great job! The 2 gentlemen who removed and delivered our things were really good, friendly and efficient! David was extremely professional and very accommodating. Especially as our property sale was delayed 10 weeks after we had already paid A&Q a deposit, we called up 2 months later and he fit us in within 48hrs notice. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Beware, use this company at your own peril. Invoiced for 3 men only 2 turned up, one of whom was completely useless. 3rd one turned up at destination after I complained (he just sat in the van playing with his phone). Damaged, broke several items informed "David" twice by e-mails no response asking for insurance details. Now going down the route of a formal letter.

I was looking around comparing movers and packers, it when I came across AnQ Movers. I spoke to David via WhatsApp and call who quoted me prices for my home move. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we can and cannot do. Regarding how many boxes we will need, arranging transport etc. Everything was transparent and no hidden additional charges.

On the day of the move the 3 staff who carried out the jobs, were very fast and efficient. They disconnected and reconnected dishwasher, washing machine, dismounted frames, tv, which other competitors did not do or required plumber etc to do. They were not fussy no matter how big or small the tasks were. They also manage to accommodate additional boxes without any extra cost. Highly recommend the whole team at AnQ did a good wonderful job. Thank you 😊

David was excellent and friendly in consulting and advising me with home removals! Very quick answers to my questions via WhatsApp! Excellent job! Thank you!

We used AnQ movers to move the majority of our belongings from London to Scotland. AnQ supported and advised me with the preparation and I was kept informed of the arrival of the removal van. Shirley was helpful and reassuring when i was getting stressed about being ready. Hussain and Mohammed were polite and respectful of the items , ensuring they were not damaged. They worked non stop to get the work done in London.
In Scotland my husband was there for the arrival. They kept him informed of their arrival time.
At the Scotland address they were again polite and respectful and as my husband said 'worked with a smile on their face' . They worked non stop in the rain ..to offload the van and checked nothing was forgotten.
I have no complaints.
