AVOID; Fantasitc quote but underpriced on purpose to get the works, but then conteiners prices 3X, delays in export/import not in their control 2X, costumer service (Maria specially) hand-off on E2E service, if arrived to destination port no longer reponsible? really? I have 5 times across the world and this is the worst service I have ever had... I suggest to avoid

We recently moved from Winkleigh in Devon to Roborough (nearby). I can honestly state Collins Removals and Storage were the most efficient, friendly and helpful company we have ever employed. The crew were amazing; Polite and extremely helpful, even down to arranging large flower pots to my wifes instructions !
Naturally, we gave them a decent tip :)

What a great team of professional removers. They did come highly recommended by a neighbour who had used them quite recently. Stephen and Denise who we had regular contact with arranging and rearranging our removals several times, must be the most patient people on this planet. On our moving day, the great team, comprising of Lee, Colin and Max arrived punctually, enthusiastic and ready for action. They were fantastic, friendly respectful, and totally took care of all our belongings, as though they were the crown jewels. Nothing was a problem and everything was possible even when we had extra large heavy plant pots and a huge Xmas tree to move. When it came to emptying the vans at the new property Mark and Tom joined the A Team and were equally as brilliant. They all made our moving day as easy as possible for us. Exceptional service providers. I had heavy load of luggages, but they made my job so much easier. I had some extra stuff too which they happily agreed to move as well. No complaints at all. They handled the boxes with so much care. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much again! I'm not doing my moving anymore without their help.

My step-mother got the whole packing and moving service from Kevin and team. From the original survey to finally leaving everything in place at the new apartment everything was done carefully and diligently. Communication was always clear and they never made us think we were asking daft questions (even though we probably were.) On the day of the move they worked around any problems without complaints and made sure the job was completed before they left. They even take away all the packaging for reuse so we didn’t have to take it somewhere for hopefully recycling. I can’t recommend them enough.
I didn't mention it at the time, but they should probably charge more for that level of service.

From first enquiry to final removal day I was informed and kept up to date of what would happen.
The two guys moving the furniture were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
They advised that the wardrobes may not be able to be re built but they changed panels and fittings round and the wardrobes are sturdier than before.
Redrilled legs on sofa to maintain stability.

I have moved houses over a dozen times over the years & never had a better removal company. Keven & his father Paul where very good in every way & made our move a lot less stressful. Also Rebecca over the telephone made arrangments for the move a couple of weeks earlier & rang the day before to confirm. At first I was advising them this and that but after half an hour I left them to it while me & a couple friends moved a few easy things and rebuilt beds & refitted the washing machine. In these days of crazy prices theirs was very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone and will do from now on.

From my first call to this company I felt confident that they were professional, efficient and honest. Rebecca dealt with my call and was great at keeping in touch. Their quote was so reasonable too...below the average charges, I would say. Then on the day the guys were brilliant. They picked up at one location and dropped off at three others, but nothing was too much trouble. They were so careful with our furniture, using projective cloths and were just so experienced in moving stuff. They were on time and did what they said they would do.. I'm so glad we used them. Me and my husband can't recommend them highly enough.

Great movers! Took the stress out of moving house. Managed to fit everything we needed into the van and they were very careful with our items.
Offering to put the bigger items in the rooms they needed to so we didn’t have to.
Competitive pricing too! Someone else quoted double for the same job!

This is the best people we have had for house removals. Two men Paul and Kevin did a fantastic job having to do two van loads. Pleasant cheerful and carful they just set to and got on with it…We will highly recommend this company to anyone.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Collins Transport. It was very friendly and efficient. They dismantled our wardrobe and rebuilt it at our new home. Used covers to protect our carpets, sofa’s, tv’s, beds etc.
They took all the stress out of our move and we would recommend them to anyone. Their price was very competitive.
