they did not have my product in stock
they did not have my product in stock, and notified me of the lead time. I was disappointed they didn't have it, and I would not get it in time, but they waived the shipping and kept me informed along the way.

Overall good experience with ordering for our baseball fields.
I had to order some supplies for our baseball field and Anthem Sport had what I needed at a reasonable price. Shipping time estimates were pretty far out because they are drop shipped, but surprisingly everything was delivered quickly from 2 different vendors. Overall good experience.
