They did everything right. I screwed up and ordered the wrong thing and they did all they could to make it right without making me feel bad or charging exorbitant fees. I will definitely have them as my go to for sports supplies in the future.

Poor quality
The service was quick, however our product was not great. We ordered the field striper and it didn't work. We had to make a few adjustments so that the lever would actually squeeze the paint out. It's been quite frustrating, but I didn't have time to return it as our ball season is in full swing.

Pop Up Tackling Dummy
The cover on the pop up dummy is high quality and should last a long time.
The base of the pop up dummy is not symmetrical and tilts the entire thing to the side. It also does not pop up automatically because the bottom has a flat section and is not rounded. The base is also not placed inside the bottom covering evenly, by multiple inches, so zipping and Velcro-ing the top in place was more challenging than it should have been. I don’t think there’s a way to readjust the bottom covering. The substance poured in to make the heavy base sticky (some kind of tar) and sticks to the covering, making it impossible to adjust.

The only problem I have is the bat the bat is not what it is advertise. It was just like the $30 bats it seems like the bat industry is a big rip off taking money from little kids parents for a $500 bat is a joke. The bat will be used for one year and never touched again. This is nothing to do with your business very professional no problems.
