Great customer service!
Recently bought a keyed-to-code ultion lock. Delivery was less than 24 hours which was brilliant. Unfortunately there was an issue with the order, but I contacted them and Alun got in touch within the hour. He was fantastically helpful and sorted the issue immediately, despite being on holiday. My second delivery arrived a few days later, which was faster than expected. Can't recommend this company enough, specifically based on Alun's fantastic communication and customer service, well done!! I would not hesitate to order again in future and would recommend to all.
