What a refreshing company to deal with
What a refreshing company to deal with, excellent customer service. Have used them multiple times, all previous orders sorted quickly and without issue. This latest time Ultion supplied a bad lock (out of a batch of three), although not their fault, apologies and a quick replacement meant that I have no problem highly recommending this company, or using them again. Even faster delivery than promised and lock so good
The website was easy to use with all the information you need. Making an order was simple too.
The Euro locks I bought were two different sizes and keyed alike so I expected to have to wait a couple of days but they arrived the day after ordering.
The locks themselves and the keys are very substantial.
I will use this company in future.
