Should note if you buy 2 locks keyed alike you only get 3 keys, I expected 6 keys as your buying 2 locks and each lock comes with 3 keys.

Quick, easy, safe
Quick and easy to get extra keys cut for our front door. Luckily I'd kept the all-important code from the original installation so it was super easy to order spares. I took their good advice to have the keys delivered to a different address - thanks for the tip. This is the second time I've used Titan, with great service both times.

I wouldn’t say the experience was great it was ok. After sales wasn’t very good I waited for a email to let me know my keys were made and out for delivery this didn’t happen. I received confirmation that the order was ready and being shipped about four or five days after I had received them.

Unfortunately I had a family emergency and I wasn't able to update the tracking at that time. and when I did return I had to complete the jobs that i wasn't able to update at the time. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Excellent Service from Titan.
The process from ordering the keys on the website to them arriving safely and securely, having to sign for the delivery, gave me the confidence that security and efficiency were of paramount importance to Titan.
I would not hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend Titan for excellent service.

After sales service the way it should be.
Ordered 2 new keys for my back doors. 1 worked, 1 didn't. Emailed Cassie and she couldn't be more helpful. She had a new key made and sent straight out. I always say that companies are normally always good when you are purchasing a service, it's when something goes wrong that you find out how good they are. I'm happy to say that Cassie and Titan home security store were excellent and many other companies need to be more like them.
