Quick efficient delivery of items I ordered.

There was a problem with my order because they sold an item that was not in stock and even after notifying me they did not remove it from the site. This led to a delay in the shipment of the remaining items as well as in the omission of updating on the processing of the same. After contacting the company they didn't know how to provide me with relevant information about what was happening so I just got anxious thinking the suitcases wouldn’t arrive on time for my trip!

Ordering is easy, delivery timely and the luggage straps are perfect!

I received a link for airline crew purchase, when I tried to use it, it didn't work. It took so many days to hear back from customer service in the first place, so I didn’t bother to try contacting anyone again.

The life time warranty only covers manufacture damage which means once I start use the luggage, anything can be categorized as usage wear and tear, which is NOT covered by the warranty. So basically, life time warranty doesn’t exist but a misleading marketing slogan.

The luggage itself is very light as advertised. It’s been working well in the first week of my travel. We will see if it lasts as I travel much more than most passengers.

I bought the super lightweight luggage soft sided and I love it. The Sahara Sand is greener than the website show, almost sage, but it’s a pretty color. Arrived quickly with fabric covers for storage. High quality reasonably priced luggage.

My new suitcase is very well designed. It was delivered promptly. It rolls very well.

The response from representatives has been phenomenal. I have never had the pleasure to work with such caring and responsive individuals. I would highly recommend this company to all who are looking for quality luggage and accessories.

I am thrilled with my new lightweight bag! I'm 70 years old and have shoulder issues. This is truly the lightest bag I've ever found. Surprisingly enough, it has more room than other bags I've used. I can once again lift the bag into the overhead storage. Thank you for making a beautiful, light, and well planned carryon bag. I'll never go back to some other brand!

I deserve a quicker refund

I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience absolutely demands one.

I purchased an Antler suitcase less than two weeks ago, and on its very first trip, the zipper on the front pocket broke. This was not after repeated use or wear and tear. This was a brand new product failing immediately under normal travel conditions.

When I reached out, I was told the damage was due to handling and therefore not covered under warranty. That response is incredibly disappointing. A suitcase is designed to be handled, transported, and used in transit. If it cannot withstand a single trip, that raises serious questions about the quality and durability of the product.

What’s most frustrating is not just the defect, but the lack of accountability. At this price point, I expected both a well made product and a company that stands behind it.

I cannot recommend Antler based on this experience.

UPDATE: hank you for your response. I understand your policy, but I do not agree with this outcome.

This suitcase was used once and sustained significant damage under standard airline handling conditions. A product marketed and priced at this level should reasonably be expected to withstand normal travel. The extent of the damage raises concerns about the durability of the product itself, not just how it was handled.

Deferring entirely to the airline does not address that concern. I chose Antler because of its reputation for quality, and this experience falls short of that expectation.

I am asking you to escalate this internally and provide a resolution that reflects the standard your brand represents, whether that is repair, replacement, or another appropriate form of support.

This bag is slim and so well designed that I was able to combine my old laptop bag with a small backpack I use for yoga clothes and books and such things.i love all the compartments, and it slides easily under the seat in a plane And it looks elegant. I wouldn't mind carrying it into an office or restaurant. Thank you for this beautiful design.
