I had originally purchased the property through Antony Roberts around 12 years a go, recalling that to be a supportive experience. I had continued since then to use their letting service to mannage the tenancy and this too has been a very positive experience with a proactive letting team. Super helpful and responsive throughout my tenancy. I never had to wait longer than 1-2 days for an email reply on any issues.

Simon and the team kept us well informed throughout the process. Finding a good number of potential buyers within the first month and then regularly updating us through the various stages of the process. We had forgotten to take a water meter reading on the day of exchange and Simon kindly offered to do this for us.
