Proactive, communicative and excellent - could not ask for more!

My partner and I had negative experiences previously when it came to conveyancing so Faye was a breath of fresh air! Could not have been better with us, keeping us updated every step of the way and really fighting our corner. Could not recommend more!

Not once did they grumble or groan about my endless questions, nor did they make me feel silly for asking obvious ones, which was greatly appreciated.
Faye Cogman, in particular, has been incredible! She dealt with all aspects of the progression of the sale herself, which meant I had a single point of contact, making everything so much easier! She also took it upon herself to chase my solicitors regularly when things were starting to stall, so when I say I barely had to do anything, I mean it. While I’m sure all of MovePlus’s sales progressors are great at what they do, if you’re lucky enough to get Faye, you can know straight away you’re in caring hands.
I’m so grateful to Faye and her colleagues. Now I finally own my own home and can start to make a life for myself in it. Thank you.

Faye was our contact for our buyer. She kept us always updated contacting all others to ensure our move went smoothly. As there was a distance, 190 miles it xxx old have been concerning but knowing there were people supporting us eliminated these concerns.

Louise from Move Plus was such a help to us over the course of the house buying process. She was always happy to help chase for an update and as first time buyers she was very patient when we had any questions or needed the process explaining. I also found it was very helpful to have someone in the process that could sit between the sellers and the buyers - as she had details for both parties she was always able to find out who was the next person that needed to move the process along. She definitely put my mind at ease in the most stressful parts, we're very grateful for her help!

Agreed to buy with the assistance of move plus on a Thursday, both written and verbal. Was informed property would show as sold STC as soon as ID checks complete- completed the Friday morning. Over the weekend move plus failed to update 2 estate agents to stop taking viewings and show property as STC and another buyer was able to view and offer on the property resulting in the developed then retracting their acceptance and going with the other buyer. Terrible consideration for people’s lives and futures. When asked to complain and know the correct process no reply from manager. Terrible experience, beware if using them that written acceptance seems to count for nothing and it’s about squeezing as much money as possible out of people with no regard for agreements.

Never used Move Plus before but so glad I did. We had Mollie Hutchison as our point of contact and I can’t rate her highly enough. She has been amazing since day 1, always keeping us upto date with the estate agents which takes all that time and stress away from us. Always letting us know how the viewing figures were going on our property and if she was not happy she would help us change to another estate agent which worked perfectly and got us a sale. Great company, no stress and Mollie is a credit to their company. Very grateful.
