Shocking, they could do with some training in communication. No updates, no half way review, didn’t manage the estate agents very well, didn’t provide any feedback after viewings, I had to do all the chasing. Their idea of marketing is to drop the price. Never again will I use them.

Only took 6 weeks
We started our journey with viewing our future house on the 28th Aug 26. And today (15th Oct 26) we have exchanged contracts and all is complete. The only thing left is exchange keys.
With the amazing help from Katie Dalgarno, we have been updated through phone calls regularly, answering any questions we had as first time buyers and new to the process with terms we're not familiar with. Through an out of the blue email address change. This was not as stressful as I feared and heard this process can be. We have been in amazing hands with Katie.
I've had great chats with Katie, she's friendly, kind and thoughtful, we are very grateful Katie was in our corner.
I would absolutely recommend New Homes Group anyone who would be in need of help buying a house.

Our experience dealing with Leila and Lucinda from TNHG has been very good. They both responded quickly to our enquiries and have always been very helpful. If we ever have to do business with TNHG again, I would like to have Lucinda as our point of contact.

Poor communication, lies and false promises. The New Homes Group have been utterly useless in our supposed “EasyMover”…. I would not recommend them in the slightest.
