I have had a very positive experience with The New Homes Group during the process of purchasing my new home.

Although I have not received the keys yet, as completion is due on 30 October, the exchange has already been completed, and I am very grateful for all the support I have received throughout the process.

I would especially like to thank Lucinda, who has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout. She has handled most of the process for me and has always been approachable, patient and quick to help whenever I had questions or needed guidance.

Buying a new home can be a complicated and stressful experience, but Lucinda made the process much easier for me by keeping me informed and helping me understand each stage. I really appreciate her hard work, professionalism and dedication.

I am looking forward to completing and finally receiving the keys to my new home on 30 October! 🏡🔑

I used The New Homes Group for selling my existing house as part of an assisted move scheme for the purchase of a new build. TNHG were able to secure the quick sale I needed and have managed the sale of my property all the way through. Lucinda Morgan was my sales progression manager and has kept me well informed throughout, and has handled chasing my buyer and their conveyancer whenever things slowed down.

Overall they have made the experience of selling my property as easy and hassle free as possible. Would recommend.

They delayed my process for 7 months unnecessarily, lots of gaps, no team work, each time you call them they tell you a different story,today they will blame solicitor,next they will blame management company next time they will blame someone else,no accountability, just few days to finally complete the property, they told me they have sold the property to another management company,no prior notice.
If there is a star less than 1 ,i will definitely click on that, I am so disappointed with the services I received from all of them Alex,william,sophie ,a certain incompetent solicitor they have and entire team.

I strongly advice once you want to buy a property and it goes to new homes group as part exchange,just withdraw your offer and start looking for new property please,if you want to save yourself the stress, the disappointment, and a failure.
