I've been using Vanguard for years and I wanted to do a detailed analysis of my portfolio. Although the initial UX was a bit clunky, I messaged the system to ask for some specific transactions.

The staff, a Ashleigh in Personal Investor Services was very helpful. What I was asking for was quite specific and somewhat technical, but they delivered it well via the Secure Documents.

So I thank them for the fast turn around!

Vanguards customer service is excellent.
I'm opening a SIPP and going to execute flexible drawdown which can be challenging. The customer services person, Neena, has helped immensely to make this a breeze. She asks the appropriate questions, highlights aspects for me to consider (not advice obviously) and clearly explains things to ensure my understanding. What a star.

I usually use it for long term investments, I have monthly contributions. Whenever I had some issues or questions, the live chat for customer service responded to me quickly. I'm particularly grateful I talked to a real person right away without these stupid AI bots which are everywhere now. Particularly Alex responded to my query about cancelled orders very precisely, quickly and with no bullshit. I hope Vanguard pays him a bonus

Vanguard's website is easy to use and I found their target retirement funds a simple way to grow a pension pot. Their chat service is speedy: today, Zed provided speedy and comprehensive answers to my initial and follow-up questions.

Great customer service from Edward today who assisted me to get to the route of why I was unable to make a payment into my pension account. He was extremely patient, talking me through the process step by step. He systematically worked through all of the issues, and I'm pleased to say that the outcome was successful, with the transfer being made. Very happy customer

Recently transferred a pension to Vanguard prior to commencing drawdown as their platform fee and ongoing fund costs were very competetive.
In order to set up withdrawals, I spoke to a pension advisor, Kamran, who was very professional and thorough. Overall, a very positive experience.

I had a recent first call with a Vanguard pension specialist Liam who was excellent, he has a very personable approach and patience with someone like me who has limited knowledge of investing. He listened to my thoughts and future plans and enabled me to make the right choices. He talked me through how to make a withdrawal and completed all my needs in one call. I then received prompt follow up documents.

I had some issues with a transaction and Zeshan was great in helping resolve this
