Excellent customer service with little or no jargon!
I had a pre-booked telephone appointment to discuss my pension withdrawal options. I was contacted promptly by Kamran, who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He talked me through all of my options at a comfortable pace, checking frequently if I had any questions. He also illustrated the options with examples. I felt as if he was genuinely interested in explaining things in a way that was tailored to me and my circumstances, rather than just rattling through a 'script'. I would highly recommend both Kamran and Vanguard, who have been very efficient and professional at every stage.

Vanguard is Exceptional
Vanguard is exceptional.
As retirement arrived, I dealt with 7 workplace pension providers. Scottish Widows was awful: failed to act on my requests, the rest slow to answer calls, helpful explaining, but incredibly slow to process requests.
Vanguard arranged a call to walk me through filling the online form and it will process around twice as fast as all other providers.
Excellent company!!

I wished to access some of the tax free…
I wished to access some of the tax free cash from my pension fund, and since this was my first time in attempting this, I was required to book a call with an advisor. This was a conversation that clearly explained my options on accessing pension monies, extremely informative and useful! It was reassuring to me that Vanguard have this check in place, and is a safe place to ask questions. The employee (Kamran) was very generous with his time, courteous and patient in his manner, and thorough with the detail.
