I wouldn’t rely on this company after the very unprofessional service I received. My offer on a property was submitted and accepted, and I proceeded on that basis. However, once they received a higher offer from someone else, I was contacted and told that my accepted offer was being declined.
I understand that circumstances can change, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. How can you rely on a business when an offer is accepted and then dropped as soon as more money is offered?
Based on my experience, it felt like money was more important than professionalism, communication and treating customers fairly. I certainly would not recommend this company.
