Reported a couple of snags recently and the service from customer care has been excellent. Snag reported, appointment booked quickly. Huge thanks to customer service technician Paul, who was bang on time and sorted our issue out in a lovely, friendly and professional manner.

I bought a house from Anwyl as a first time buyer. I am happy with their service and have no complaints.

The sales team made the buying process straightforward and kept me informed throughout.

With regard to the house itself, I am no expert but it seems to be of quality construction. As with all new builds, there were some snags, but these were all minor and were quicky resolved by their site team.

Had an issue with the seal around my bath coming away. Anwyl sent Paul who was a proper professional. He was very polite and courteous, explained the cause and what he was going to do to fix and was in and out with no mess in a few hours.

We visited the eagles green in Warrington , as we were thinking of relocating . On arrival at the show homes we were turned away and advised she had locked up at 3pm and did we want to book ? , no thank you we had travelled with two young kids and didn’t expect to have to book to look around . So no thank you anwyl homes we will look elsewhere 😡

Richard Nelson attended our place to fix an issue with the integrated fridge freezer. As always he was professional happy and did a superb job. He is superb and takes tine to explain and do a good job.

Tony was great informative and gave me great advice on my kitchen cabinets while fixing the issue.

Recently moved into my new home on the Five Oaks development Shrewsbury. From start to finish the whole process has been absolutely fantastic.

The care and level of professionalism shown by all the Anwyl people has been nothing short of brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the very few snags o had when taking over were dealt with quickly and when was convenient for me.

I must say a big thank you to both Kieran and Jacob for all their hard work and for all the support they have provided going over and above.

Very happy indeed with the whole Anwyl experience.

Paul, Chris and Tony the Anwyl technicians visited to rectify a cracking floor in my home. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of the property. My wife and I had a meeting with a health visitor for our newborn baby and all the technicians were considerate about reducing work noise during this time. The quality of the work is fantastic and the problem is solved. Couldn't be happier. Thank you to all three technicians, great work lads.

We’ve been waiting for several years for the parks to be opened, bins to be installed, and the road works at The Oaks in Ellesmere Port to be completed.

Over the years, we’ve been given several different timelines, but unfortunately we’re still waiting. Could you please provide an update and let us know the current timeline for these works?

We are really pleased with our beautiful home, the house has been built really well and was handed over in great condition.

As with any new build there were snags but Ian has been excellent through out managing the resolution of the list and really worked hard to ensure we were up to date through out the process and kept a personal touch point which was very welcome.

The process of buying with Anwyl has been a very good experience - wonderful team.

Chris did an excellent job re plastering the downstairs cloakroom ensuring a seamless repair

Lee came out to fix a couple of our door handles after raising a snag with Anwyl. It was arranged fairly fast and he arrived on time, was respectful and very friendly. We can only recommend him to get the snags fixed.
